    The best thing about getting a Tesla is u order and never need to talk to a salesman. That is worth its weight in gold.

      You know what, you are certainly right about that. Not too many people talk about that aspect. It was totally a hassle free purchase experience. Thank you for watching the video and thank you for your comment. Please stay tuned.

      Well my Dad sold me my 2018 model 3 and we've decided after me having a Tesla, I'll never go back to ice car's. My Dad said your with the Tesla family forever now he said it's better for me to have no engine inn my car! We've had a tone of issues with ice car's. Have they been good yes but Tesla is absolutely the best we think!

    I never go to automatic car washes anymore. They actually do more damage than clean your car. Over time, your paint dulls due to a bunch of micro scratches 🤷🏻‍♂️

    • @padumotivations5287

      You’re probably right. I should probably wash it by hand or take it to one of those car washes and just hold it down. Thank you for your comment.

    Looks great 👍 I too do not want any brushes touching my car to avoid swirl marks.
    But I still take it to an automatic car wash. Some places like the place I go to, can have the brushes pull away so they don't touch the car.
    The car wash I go to calls it a "full retraction". So it soaps up my car, rinses it off with the water jets, then dries it with the blow dryers as I exit.
    I do a little prep with a hose and a bit of detailing at home before I go to the car wash.
    It turns out well and no swirl marks 🙂

    Excellent and informative video. Australia can be dusty as well, though I always wash my car at home, using quality car wash and polish afterwards. Hard labour but the car is certainly worth it! Useful video for me if I travel far from home and want my car cleaned! Your Tesla looks absolutely spotless and well cared for! Mine’s a July ‘23 Shanghai built Model 3 (LR) as I’ve mentioned before. Thank you.

      Thank you very much. I appreciate that. I did hear Australia is somewhat dusty in places as well. You’re right I probably need to start doing my Tesla Model 3 by hand. Thank you for your comment and as usual thank you for watching the video.

      Thanks for the response. The regional city I live in is green and hilly, but our red centre can provide dust storms that head our way in times of drought. I prefer hand washing, it’s kind to the car and lets me identify any touch up points immediately if a stone chip appears.

    It’s been two months since you posted this. Have you noticed that the car wash is scratching the car at all I have a new 2024 Tesla three and don’t want to scratch it as it’s the least car.

      @padumotivations5287  3 місяці тому

      You’re right, I have been going to this car wash for the last two months. I haven’t noticed any scratches at all. I only get it washed about twice a month. If I were you, I would at least try it one time. Thank you for your comment and thank you for watching the video. Please stay tuned.

      Same. Some places have a “touchless wash” that would work otherwise do it yourself with a foam cannon

      Congratulations on your new Tesla model three! I still haven’t noticed any scratches on my vehicle. I do take it to touchless car washes sometimes. Below is the link for the video I created on the touchless car wash. Thank you for watching the video. ua-cam.com/video/q2JkJL4Itus/v-deo.htmlsi=bLrEDy25EWPSzvGH

      Yes; you still have to open the doors and clean the sills. After having a lexus for so long with free detailing, I now have to learn how to clean a car.

    That was painful to watch. I have to realize not everyone cares for their Tesla like i do.
    I put an hrs aside every week and become one with my Lucy :)
    I did it for yrs with my black Model S and now i am doing it with my Stealth Gray Y
    My model S has no swirls and it's a 2015.
    The proof is in the pudding.
    But you do you and enjoy your Tesla

    Not many TOUCHLESS car washes. Seems like everyone advocates touchless but I think it has become an old wives tale. I have spoken to several managers of very busy/successful car washes that service many teslas with zero complaints. Decide for yourself.

    • @padumotivations5287
      @padumotivations5287  3 місяці тому

      I totally agree with that. Here in the Phoenix, very hard to find a touchless car wash. That's good to know that a lot of Tesla owners are not having problems with a regular car wash. Thank you for your comment. And thank you for watching the video. Please stay tuned.
