Just picked up an axiom ii for bass. Ordered the wrong one as I wanted an axiom 2x. Still impressed with the casting of this rod, but now i only wonder what it would have done for my heavy articulated flys of i did buy the 2x.

The Axiom ll is excellent for bass! If you can, cast an Axiom ll-X at your local dealer to get a feel for it. We think you'll love it, too!
I have this rod in 6wt and I love it!.... thinking about getting a 9wt for golden dorado. What you think about it?
Fyi, I think your webpage for this rod is broken. ...also, is this another rod you wont be selling in Canada? You know, Canadians like to go fishing in Mangroves as well.
