Yup i knew this impact was going to be a beast when i bought the ultra 1/2 last year.Just bought the 3/4 for 199 with a free battery. This thing is incredible. And 5 year warranty
Thanks for your time and vids! I just bought the Herc 3/4, very impressed. Snapon has released a 33mm 1/2 drive impact socket, super deep,, we have been changing truck tires, with the Herc ultra torque 1/2. HOWEVER we have been breaking those sockets. Therefore the switch to 3/4 gun and impact 33mm sockets.
I bought one of the 3/4 ultra torque hercules guns to break loose a crank pulley bolt. I have been dreading this job because of that damn bolt so I hope it works.
There is no torque lose with cr-v sockets, but there is potential of actually breaking that socket into pieces and that is no joke. CR-V sockets are great for constant and liniear apply of torque, but at the same time weak where it comes to sudden blows with impact wrench, simply those sockets are too hard for that and have no flex, on the other hand CR-MO sockets can deal with that blows due to lower hardness and more flex. However torque lose is a myth, Torque test channel already busted that.
Sir please get you some impact sockets that's so dangerous do your research on sockets you are scaring the heck out of me I've seen them shatter it ain't good

Get rid of that chrome socket and you won't lose as much torque.
Thanks for the info i was eyeballing that the other day at HF
There’s nothing wrong with using a Home socket i’ve never had one break on me when using it on an impact
@@terrellscaife2411you'll understand when one shatters! Impact sockets don't break in small pieces, flying in all directiond.
So for this never happened I even use 3/8 Drive socket with an adapter on a 1/2 Air impact

Strongest 3/4" impact according to the TTC
Yes it is I have WON AGAINST MY MILWAUKEE M18 fuel GEN 3 2967 with a 6 AMP FORGE BATTERY running BIG LAGS
Where did you go?
Thanks For the video I'm buying this next week I'm a trailer Tech I got a air impact but I've been wanting cordless too and by far I'm sold 😊
Impressive
Thing is a beast. 💪 So far, the Hercules lineup has been killing it!
The Hercules inpact wrenches are awesome. I wouldn't be using a chrome socket, though. I value my eyes!
try the 12.0.
I need one
Do it!
Now let’s see you remove the bolt from the socket
do not use a chrome socket or a 12 point socket use a 6 point impact socket
You're holding a grenade there, bud
Seriously! At least he has eye protection but damn, run those chrome sockets on that beast. They are bound to explode!
Hercules is a beast, wow amazing powerful
Chrome socket robbing power
Did you watch the whole video? I already addressed this lol 🤦♂️
@JustinTBraun I did guess I missed the socket what I heard you say was the reducer from 3/4 to 1/2
Get some impact sockets!
No lol
@@JustinTBraun Let us know how you feel after your next hospital visit.
12 point chrome socket lolol
NEVER use chrome sockets on impacts
I’m a diesel mechanic I might buy this that big ass air gun sucks
But do you love it?
You're already using the incorrect socket.
Next time get a real impact socket while you buy your gun, those will split after a few too many ugga duggas
Did you watch the whole video? I already addressed this lol 🤦♂️
@@JustinTBraun biggest thing with this much torque is your face not being covered 🤦♂️ lol
Lol what?
I've had chrome not impacts crack and explode on me. Just saying be careful out there
