I’m excited to get some from the companion box to budding romance- I think of Wendy Whitman when I see coreana chain! Oh how I miss her and her gentle and kind soul!
Yes! I thought of Wendy when I found the coreana chain. 💕 She really was the brightest spirit. I miss her too.
Thank you for the tutorial! I can't help but think of Wendy Whitman whenever Coreana chain is mentioned.
Yes, Wendy was the queen of Coreana chain.
Yes, for sure. Wendy introduced me to Coreana chain a few years ago. I use it all the time.
I love your tutorials. Keep them coming.
Wendy was the first person I started watching when I first started making jewelry and it happened to be a few months after she had passed away and when I found out I was so devistated..she was amazing at making jewelery...😢
Wendy was such a light! She was always a lovely person to speak with, so kind and grace-filled. Her loss was truly devastating for me, and for the entire beading community. She was a treasure.
Thank you for this tutorial . Had bought the Coreana chain in gold and silver wasn't sure how to end them. Now I need clam shells . Love the necklace design. ♥
I love the necklace and the way you finished it with the spacer by the clasp. I will definitely have to remember that tip!
I love your necklace. I got some Coreana chain from Wendy Whitman. I am glad I found you . I was very sad when Wendy passed away, Now I have you to follow
Wendy Whitman was such an amazing light in the beading community! I miss her very much. 💕 Definitely thought of Wendy when we found the Coreana chain. She was a true gem!
How have I missed you until now? You have a great eye for making jewelry.
Aw, thank you so much!! 💕 We just launched this channel a couple weeks ago, so I’m relatively new here. :) Thank you for watching and for the encouraging words!
I’ve never worked with Coreana chain before so this tutorial was really helpful - thanks!
Yay, I’m so glad! Thanks for watching! 💕
Very pretty. Hope you'll be getting other colors in that chain!
We will definitely be getting more coreana chain in! We had 3 different varieties come in recently and we’ve sold out of 2 of them. More is on the way!
Thanks! Cute necklace. I've never seen anyone actually crimp (with foldover) on coreana chain, I've only seen people flat crimp. I'll give it a try because it looks much better than just a flat crimp!
Thanks! ❤ I think the foldover crimping helps a lot too. Flat crimps have such pokey edges sometimes.
Love ❤ it!!
I love this chain!! I have some but haven’t used it yet. Thanks for sharing
Simple, could be dressed up or down, perfect!
Thanks for sharing. I have some coreana chain ordered. Pretty necklaces ❤
Beautiful! Great Cortana chain tutorial. Have a happy weekend!
Thanks so much, Maria! Hope you have a wonderful weekend too! 💕
Loved your simple designs 💗💗💗
Thank you! 😊
Very pretty necklace . I wish you could get the gold chain in the KC color of gold . It is a much nicer style of gold I think . Hopefully you will also be getting it in silver .
Thanks for watching! We will definitely be getting more coreana chain in. We had 3 different varieties originally, including silver, and we’ve sold out of 2 of them. More is on the way!
Beautiful necklace!
Thanks for this!
Thanks for watching! 💕
I never bought this chain because I couldn't figure out how to use it. So, thank you for this tutorial. Are you familiar with the "Magic Crimping Tool"? It makes your crimp look like a small bead. That would work so beautifully with this!
Ooh, I have seen those pliers, but I haven’t tried them yet! May have to pick some up and see how they work for me. Thank you for the suggestion! :) And thanks so much for watching!
Update: I could not get the Magic Crimper & magic crimps to work with coreana chain. I notice on the packaging it has very specific recommendations for what kind of wire to use, and i think coreana chain just doesn't have the right thickness and/or texture to hold the magic crimps in place. They just slide around freely on it. Could be I'm doing something wrong, or another thickness of coreana chain might work better. But I wanted to update you with the results of my experiment. :)
@@beadboxbargains I didn't think about the coreana chain not being round. Thanks for the heads up. I'm actually watching this tutorial for the second time today because I'm making a necklace with that chain. So ... Good timing! HOWEVER!!! I think you'll like the tool for other pieces. It works GREAT on tiger tail.
Coreana chain is finally back in stock at the website! :) beadboxbargains.com/search.php?search_query=coreana
Just tried to order this chain after your tutorial and the site says I don't exist...I am a subscriber to your monthly bead box so not sure why I cannot shop. LOVE your store!!
You need to jump onto the sister site. It is called Bead Box Bargins.
Hi Kim, so sorry for the confusion! The Bargain Bead Box subscription site and Bead Box Bargains webstore use two different systems, so sadly your subscription login won’t work on the store. You can always create a free store account at Bead Box Bargains, or complete checkout as a guest. :) If you would like any help, please feel free to reach out to us at support@beadboxbargains.com and our team will be happy to assist you! Thanks so much for shopping with us! 💕
Can i use 1mm coreana chains for beading like this?
Absolutely! 💕
Will fresh water pearls fit on this size Coreana chain?
@@karenvalido625 it depends on the drill hole size! You would need about an 0.8mm hole size.
@beadboxbargains figured as much but wasn't sure if fresh water pearls had a standard hole size. I've ordered the chain from you already & will check it this weekend. Ty!!
@ it depends on the supplier, in my experience. :) I would say 0.5mm is probably most common, but I’ve had strands with a 1mm hole as well.
@beadboxbargains ty so much!! Haven't done anything with these pearls B4 so I will experiment B4 I order more Coreana. Great vid, ty!?
I cannot find coreana chain on your website. Where do I find it?
Hi Janette, we sold out fast! We do have lots more on the way and will be stocking it regularly.
The link to the Coreana chain takes you to a page with NO results. 😢 is this chain still available anywhere?
It sold out again, but we have more on the way! And a much bigger batch in production.
@@beadboxbargains Oh YAY! I can’t believe how difficult it is to find this chain, especially in longer lengths, so I’ll be THRILLED when you get it back in stock! 🥰
@@beadboxbargainsI think there’s an issue with the payment section of your website. I’m trying to order some beads, but it just keeps “grinding” on the payment part (for at least 10 minutes now). Is there a way around this? I want to get these beads ordered before the weekend’s over if possible.
Oh no, that’s odd! I’m so sorry for the trouble. It does seem to be functioning in our tests- usually if the order will not complete, it means an item in your cart has sold out. if you return to the shopping cart, the sold-out item should be removed. If that doesn’t solve the issue please send us an email at support@beadboxbargains.com and our tech team will be happy to assist!
@@beadboxbargains The trouble is - my cart doesn’t show any of the items as sold out, so I’d have to delete each of them, one at a time, then try again, which is just too much work! Also, taking away any of the items would take my total under $20, and I was sort of hoping to get the free Czech beads offer. I honestly don’t know what to do to complete this order - so frustrating!
Do you have an email address to get a hold of you personally I have a problem with my subscription .
