I'm so pleased you are doing designs with BBB subscription boxes. I often do not get ideas and this video has sparked a lot of ideas for me! Thanks Lauren! ❤
I love how you name all components and set them along the edge of the bead mat for us to refer to, plus the text listings. You've made a pleasing look with smooth assembly. The design is sophisticated and I think I could get a lot of use out of it since red is my color. Thank you for teaching us.
Great design.Your nails match perfectly. l like clamshell tips , so much easier than trying to crimp and put on crimp covers.I gave up doing that. Magic crimping for me didn't work either. LOL. I am a bad crimper ha ha.I liked using the bail with loop for a 2 tier look in last video. Great designs and tips using the monthly boxes.
Haha! Thanks so much!! I love stringing, but I am not very practiced at other skills like wire-wrapping, bead weaving, or stitching. If it involves a loom or a needle (or a whole bunch of patience), I’m probably not great at it. 😅 I do love stringing though! 💕 Thanks for watching!
I made this yesterday and i is really pretty and unique. I have ordered more beads so that I can make a bracelet to match. I am enjoying your videos, I'm lucky to have already purchased the few extra things needed from the store so it is working out for me. Thank you!!
I love this necklace!! I'm so glad you started this UA-cam channel to demo projects that you made from the bread box!! I have a question about how you ended the necklace: where did you put the knot? Did you add the clamshell and then the crimp and then knot the cord, or did you add the clamshell, knot the cord and then add the crimp?
Great question! I strung the clamshell and crimp on, then knotted my cord around the crimp and trimmed what was left of it. (I tried to film that part too, but the memory card on my camera had filled up and I didn’t notice till after I’d finished my knot. 😅) Thanks so much for watching!!
I, as well as many others hav said how beautiful this neckace is, I made it exactly as you described and I'm very happy with how well it lays. But, I wasn't clear on what stringing material you used. You said 6lb fused nylon thread- ? I have 6 lb and 8 lb Fireline, but no way could I string without a needle. What brand did you use, Please?
I used S-Lon Fire 6lb fused nylon thread. :) It may be a bit stiffer than Fireline, I’m honestly not sure. You can definitely use a needle if you need to!
Lauren, you are mistaken! Those are not teardrops! Unless someone's SO chose the most romantic day of the year to break up, of course. No, those are an abstract representation of the infinity symbol! Great design, even so.
I think your necklace is absolutely beautiful but I don’t think I would use a wire guard on one side and a clam shell on the other side. It just doesn’t look good but to each persons preference.
Great point. You can absolutely finish it however you like! Either two clamshells or wire guardians would be fine too. I personally am not bothered by the combo with the decorative toggle clasp having two very different halves, so the ends don’t look identical anyway. But I totally understand wanting your findings to match!

Love the idea of the teardrop and your use of the clear thread.
