This procedure worked fine on my Fusion5 tablet up until a screen appeared asking me if I wanted to 'deep clean' the drive (to make it harder for files to be recovered or similar) or not. Each option was inside a rectangle with a big arrow on the left side of it and no amount of touching, swiping or anything else would activate the button I wanted (not deep clean). I then connected a keyboard to the laptop via its USB port and pressing the tab button swapped the focus between the two buttons in the usual Windows way. Once the button I wanted had the focus I simply pressed enter and the process of resetting continued normally.

Let me start with THANK You SO Much !! a Hour ago my Husband brought me a ICRAIG Tablet home from work it was found in a Old Repo car and was password locked. I tried many other ways to reset it, none worked with this one UNTIL I found your Video. Then due to the music I had difficulty with even this, I finally made my screen as large as I could and watched closely, after a few tries I finally got the options to show on screen and BAM, it is done resetting and is now 55% into installing windows and 87% on drivers and features :) I so needed something good and happy today and Thanks for this Video and My Hubby I have a new 9 inch Tablet to play with . I have no reason to believe I will have any more issues and should be able to set it up as I wish soon . Again Thanks so much , saving this to my Favorites for sure !!! Blessings to You and Yours.
