What a disgusting and ungrateful thing to say. Even if our societies have flaws the ideals of liberty and the rule of law that guide them are what these men fought for, and what Nazi Germany sought to destroy. The men that landed on D-Day fought for freedom against tyranny, and Nazi Germany was a tyrannical genocidal totalitarian nightmare.
Today is Germany's fault, who ruled over nearly all of Africa and Asia? Britain and France, Who wanted more and was willing to go to war, bombing and pillaging and bringing these European hegemonies to their knees to change the status quo in their favour? Germany. But of course the likes of you can only see Germany getting it's way and Britain and France giving them what they want. Germany by the time of ww1 hadn't even been unified for 50 years, by ww2 not even a century but the likes of you only see a world where Britain and France bent over for them. If Germany had sat still and not had a tantrum in ww2, Britain and France would have never gone broke, having to later give up their colonies to be cold war playgrounds for the US and USSR, it's likely the entirety of Europe would have focused on Stalins Aggression against Finland and the baltics and Poland, it;s likely Europe would have brought it's armies and ships to smash japans expansionism, but keep fantasising about a world where you likely would have been disposed off today for not being "pure" enough, absolute child.
