It's utterly amazing.. So much skill & talent to be so young... I totally & completely loved watching.. Now I have to go back and watch all the other builds.. Not often (in this time) you see millennials that are skilled to this level. When so many of the rest are, let's say not motivated to do much of anything... Thank you so much for sharing...
Watching the true artists and thinking that I am 45 and still learning how to stick weld. LoL. Good job. When you finally made all the tools you need for the work shop maybe you can start working 😃
Помню в гараже ты делал прес машину, это по серёзнее будет. Интересно сколько усилий нужно для сдавливания профилей из ролика? Лайк и успехов каналу. 🙂👍
Ive watched alot of these craftsman videos in 2022. And they actually forge, fabricate and rebuild alot of machines. I did this stuff for ten years twenty years ago. And have an engine hoist to remind of the way.
MADMAN I really appreciate your effort! I'm a fabricator too with not a lot of resources ($$). I have no idea what steel prices are where you live but here in Oklahoma they are outrageous! Keep up the great and innovative work and thanks again!
Video editing style is at an all time high!! That is an awesome machine. You inspired me to build one. Thank you so much. I have been putting off purchasing a large press and the ones from harbor freight have to be welded and modified after getting them home. I suppose i will get the steel and build one. Thanks again!!
that was a clever idea the way you connected the pump to the elec motor...instead of using an off the shelf bell housing....oh and 1 more thing....PUT A CAGE AROUND IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m the last person who should be preaching safety but I would remind you that the single most dangerous tool in construction and fabrication is the right angle grinder using cut off discs. Grinders with cut off discs are responsible for a large number of horrendous injuries to their operators. They’re safe and useful….until they’re not. Kinda like Jeckle and Hyde. Other than that you’ve got mad skills. Very inspirational.
Fantastic videos. Just found your shows and there GREAT..To keep you going PLEASE wear eye protection...!! They don't make replacements and you only get one set. Fingers and other extremities we can get by to do what you do but eyes are very precious wear SAFETY GLASSES when you grind, drill and such. kt hurts a lot to have a metal chip removed from your eye, I speak from personal experience.. Keep up the great videos. TX Mr fixit
i was thinking whilst watching that sometimes you need to be more safety conscience in what you do. I noticed a few times when i thought hmmm that looks a little dangerous and sure enough at the end the wood came back and bite you. I noticed in one of your other videos you were wiping away the metal shards with your bare hands, not good idea. stay safe and your work is amazing,
Beautiful build, The only thing I have issue with is the down hill welding. New clean steel I won't Argue with you. Old rusty steel no matter how well you sand it has contamination in it. Down hill welding especially with mig freezes too fast locking contamination in to the weld giving you porosity. Grind into the weld and you have swiss cheese. Uphill welding floats contamination to the top or hottest portion of the puddle allowing you to see it and slow down and wash it out of the weld. While my uphill does not look as good as my down hill it is more solid with less porosity, greater strength. You may never push it to failure but the day you max out the pump and pressure relief it's nice to know that that weld is as strong as you can make it. Nice job
Hay que felicitar a la persona responsable de la edición de vídeo. También la originalidad del guión es meritoria. Lástima que las medidas de seguridad sean tan mínimas.
Greetings from Arizona! You are an excellent welder/machinist/mechanic and I truly enjoy your builds. But you are not much of a painter! Ha,ha,ha! I think this hydraulic press would have been perfect if you had power coated it in either red or metallic blue. Anyway, your builds are awesome! Keep up the good work!
Beautiful achievement ! If I may make a suggestion, it would be to carve the pins of the platform into spikes. It will be much easier to set up. And counterweights to support it, it's a significant help too.
Great build. That will be so useful. How do you move the pressing frame up and down as it looks very heavy? You might consider a cage that opens and closes because when you’re pressing stuff with so much force and it lets go it’s going to fuck whatever it hits including you. Cheers Stuart 🇦🇺
"pressing stuff with so much force and it lets go it’s going to fuck whatever it hits including you." ...this made laugh so much i really dont know why...probably becuase of "including you" at the end xD..its true though. Decent tip, im sure they will make something :)
Congratulations, Alex, very good channel, excellent builds, strong and functional, and very good cinematographic effects, you've really put together an amazing set of content. I subscribed immediately after watching the first video. one remark, though: you have a responsibility towards your followers, as well as towards yourself, to employ good safety measures. I know they get in the way and they can be annoying, but a good pair of safety glasses can go a long way in saving your eyes, especially when you're working on that angle grinder. Take care and keep producing great content.
Wonderful job - Suggestion : Please name your videos properly, for example this video should have been titled "Making powerful Hydraulic-Press from scratch" etc
Классный пресс получился !👍 Какие толщины метала использовал ?
The definitive shop press. I really liked how you assembled the 4KW motor with the oil pump
I'm very enjoy 🧑🏭. . . 🤩looking you work . . Good job brother 😍👍. . .

When I see these young guys just dominating and creating it makes me wonder what I have been doing with my life!! 😂
COME ON MAN! That's the baddest hand-built press I've seen!
I almost believe you could do it with your eyes closed! As always extremely well done sir!
Might end up doing it blind at some later date...lots of flying metal and sometimes no safety glasses. Maybe he's got hardened contacts🤔
Just enough skill and imagination to get someone hurt due to lack of respect for safety measures ...
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You need to wear safety glasses when you use the angle grinder. Your vision is not worth risking.
Y también protección para los oídos.

That thing is a beast! You need a sandblasting cabinet next, so you can clean the mill scale and rust off those beautifully manufactured parts.

It's not scratch. It's old metal. The is no such thing called scratch in metalworking.
@@liquidsan1093 don't use word "scratch" but at least "A very powerful MACHINE" doesn't tell anything, include specific "Hydraulic-Press"
