A 2019 visit to the Llanberis Lake Railway including 'ELIDIR' footplate trip

A group visit to the Llanberis Lake Railway with Ffestiniog Travel's ''Behind the scenes in North Wales'' Tour.
1961- built Rushtoh & Hornsby 4-wheeled Diesel Mechanical 'Topsy' is seen shunting the coaching stock at Gilfach Ddu.
Having taken us from Gilfach Ddu to Llanberis, the 1889 built Hunslet, 'Elidir' has run round the train, and draws up to couple on to take us to the opposite end of the line at Penllyn. This is where I join the driver for the trip down to Penllyn.
Finally, we see 'Elidir' depart Gilfach Ddu with the next train to Llanberis.
