That is not how the Taxstone situation happened. Taxstone brought a gun, that he wasn't allowed to have, into a venue where guns weren't allowed. The situation was his fault because he had the gun. He got hit with manslaughter because he was at fault for the death. If Tax was in Florida, he'd still be in prison because he was a convicted felon that wasn't allowed to have a gun in the first place. Florida is harsh on repeat offenders...

He would've done 85% of his sentence. Not to mention the fact, he would've gotten hit with a public endangerment charge. He may not have gotten the man slaughter charge. The only reason his sentence is so long is because he was a convicted felon, so he got max time for each charge...

Security are there to protect you in case someone attacks you. Security aren't there to have gun battles with people that retaliated after you attack them. No he didn’t REALLY. He hired goons with licenses. Especially in 2a friendly states, it’s a 3 day course and they pay $20 an hr. That’s a far cry from actual security firms. For example, my cousin in nypd says he’d charge $300 per hour to do that.
