Chicago rapper King Yella is under scrutiny after 1090 Jake revealed that Yella gave a voluntary statement to the police. According to 1090 Jake, Yellow divulged information about several gang affiliations during an interview with law enforcement - a conversation which came about due to Yella being arrested for parking in a handicapped slot in Las Vegas and subsequent discovery of a firearm in his possession. Yella claims the gun was purchased by his girlfriend from a store. Public response to Yella's talks with police has raised questions on his credibility, especially as Jake points out that he'd criticized similar actions by others in the past.
