Jake got sent to the hole for getting hit in the head and just being involved because the COs lied on the incident report, so Jake is stuck in confinement with the other guys while bleeding out of his head for who knows how long, and writes a grievance to the judge about the entire situation that he has already been found guilty of, but he is reiterating in his grievance the order of events that lead to his predicament that he felt he was wrongfully in. It’s not like the judge dont kno or like Jake has revealed information that hasn’t already been investigated by police cuz he’s already serving the punishment he just focuses on his disposition in the situation.. it’s makes sense and checks out if u read all the paper work out

You can write grievances all day. Grievances were created to go after staff and prison conditions not another inmate. Especially an inmate you have an issue with or an inmate in a different organization. Once you talk about an inmate incident/situation to staff and you mention the inmates name that is snitchin. You are never supposed to mention another inmates name in a grievance. You are not there to help the staff. Dudes situation is a classic snitch scenario. Dude gave up another inmates name to the CO's. The number one thing dude did was mention another inmates name in an incident that was supposed to be between him and whoever his issue was with. Mentioning the other inmates name even allowed the CO's to have a stronger case. The CO already saw the person that did what dude said he did but he took it upon himself to give up the name when he could have just not tell on the other inmate. No matter how dude tries to spin it, he's a snitch.

The grievance Jake made was aimed at being starved by prison staff whilst doing confinement time for his part in the attack. According to the reporting CO, Jake actually struck Jimmy back in the midst of him being attacked by Jimmy. BOTH of them got sent to the hole for it. Jimmy was a Zoe. He made a prior grievance to the warden, demanding to be changed from the cell block due to it being full of Bloods (his enemies). It was denied. He then self-admittingly said he'd have to crash out on someone to be moved instead. He crashed out on Jake. That's the story. Google it. The case was done already, there is no snitching. Jimmy specifically listed Jake as the victim in his case, and admitted to doing so. In Jake's own witness statement, that he showed, he specifically didn't say anyone in specific had attacked him. He just said "I got attacked, but who knows who did it." Jimmy said "/I/ attacked Jake." Jimmy got both of them implicated on the tussle. Jake basically said "hey, I'm in the hole for a case in where I was attacked by Jimmy. I'm being starved by COs." You can write grievances all day.
Grievances were created to go after staff and prison conditions not another inmate. Especially an inmate you have an issue with or an inmate in a different organization.
Once you talk about an inmate incident/situation to staff and you mention the inmates name that is snitchin.
You are never supposed to mention another inmates name in a grievance. You are not there to help the staff.
Dudes situation is a classic snitch scenario.
Dude gave up another inmates name to the CO's.
The number one thing dude did was mention another inmates name in an incident that was supposed to be between him and whoever his issue was with.
Mentioning the other inmates name even allowed the CO's to have a stronger case.
The CO already saw the person that did what dude said he did but he took it upon himself to give up the name when he could have just not tell on the other inmate.
No matter how dude tries to spin it, he's a snitch.

The grievance Jake made was aimed at being starved by prison staff whilst doing confinement time for his part in the attack. According to the reporting CO, Jake actually struck Jimmy back in the midst of him being attacked by Jimmy. BOTH of them got sent to the hole for it.
Jimmy was a Zoe. He made a prior grievance to the warden, demanding to be changed from the cell block due to it being full of Bloods (his enemies). It was denied. He then self-admittingly said he'd have to crash out on someone to be moved instead. He crashed out on Jake. That's the story. Google it.
The case was done already, there is no snitching. Jimmy specifically listed Jake as the victim in his case, and admitted to doing so. In Jake's own witness statement, that he showed, he specifically didn't say anyone in specific had attacked him. He just said "I got attacked, but who knows who did it." Jimmy said "/I/ attacked Jake." Jimmy got both of them implicated on the tussle. Jimmy not only implicated Jake, but a separate other person who wasn't even involved. Jimmy's a rat. Do your research.
Jake basically said "hey, I'm in the hole for a case in where I was attacked by Jimmy. I'm being starved by COs." He even specifically said "I AM NOT TRYING TO APPEAL MY CHARGES, I AM ONLY WRITING THIS GRIEVANCE BECAUSE I'M ACTUALLY BEING STARVED AND MISTREATED BY STAFF."
Jake didn't snitch, Jimmy implicated Jake in the case to begin with. He admitted to everything himself. Jimmy's own witness statement implicated Jake and a separate other inmate. Jake made a grievance, referencing that case with Jimmy.

There's been multiple COs corroborating Jake's side too. You don't know what a Grievance is. You can't snitch on a grievance. Grievances aren't used to pass doubt to somebody on your case, or get someone locked up off of you 'snitching."

Snitching in prison is not the same as it is on the street. On the street there is a little more leeway. In prison, you don't tell the cops SHIT. NOTHING. You get your ass beat and a guard asks you about it? I fell and hit my head should be your only answer, if you have one at all.
