- 1090 Jake returned to VladTV, where he and Vlad discussed the Tupac case that recently saw an arrest more than 20 years after the rapper's murder. Jake criticized the current generation for not fully understanding the case, saying many people are just lazy and don’t read. He went on to praise Vlad for his detailed interview work and research on his platform. Jake addressed allegations of him snitching on an inmate before offering his thoughts on the Travis Rudolph case. 1:36:43 I was in Punta Cana out in the DR as well. I wanted to go outside the resort but that drive from the airport to the resort made me change my mind right quick. It didn't look like somewhere where someone like myself, white American, would be left alone. I don't even speak Spanish so communicating with anyone besides the people who worked in the lobby was difficult as hell.

Generally, if someone enters into a proffer agreement and provides information truthfully within its confines, that information cannot be used against them in a later prosecution. However, if they share new information or contradict what they've previously stated under the proffer agreement, it could potentially be used against them.

I think getting charged as an accessory to the crime just for sitting in the same car is bullshit. As a younger guy, I used to think as long as I wasn’t doing dirt, I was cool. I could’ve gotten serious time back in the day and not even realized I was breaking the law.
Yup. I got charged with attempted murder for this bs! I took it to trial for a year and a half and sat in the country jail for almost 6 month and ended up beating the case. My boy got 40 to 80 yrs. We stuck it out but I did try to talk him into taking a plea that would have gotten him 10 yrs because they had snitches that were co defendant (his babymomma)and just our own friend who wasn't even there saying we were talking about it afterwards. So he was convinced his lawyer would get him off. Nope. He got found guilty with a bench trial and me and his babymomma (co defendant) who testified got found not guilty! That was over 25 yrs ago! Don't get in that car if u know it's goin down even if u don't plan on doin anything. It happened to me twice. Besides what I just mentioned when I was 14 I got into another car and the driver did a shooting and I got into trouble alone because I was in the back seat and they thru the gun in the back and I tried to hide it after he shot up a gang meeting at a park! We were all under age! Nothing happened to them and I spent some time in the youth home and got probation afterwards.
If you get in a car knowing a crime is going to happen then fuck yeah you ARE an accessory. Makes perfect sense to me

One thing that is left out of this conversation is that though he had a proffer agreement, that agreement was made in LA. Not Nevada. Although that specific conversation couldn't lead to a prosecution, it lead Nevada detectives down the path to collect other evidence against him to convict him.
