It's kinda ironic, but i have not had the right amount of time to watch this video when it got posted lol. But watching it, i realized just how packed my weeks are since i started working a full time job. My hobby so to say is physical trainings, so i am good on that front, but that, plus work plus all the back and forth of traveling does amount to an 80hr week for me aswell, which is crazy tbh. Thank you for the video, but also for letting me think about my own weeks a bit more. ps. i dont dare to do a mental health pie chart lmao
