    I just ordered the TM31, can't wait to ride and review it for people, I'll bring a whole UA-cam series on the TM31 and after some time I'll go up the line to the tm36, and UpTo the tm38, covering everything, riding it in the woods, Hill climbs, etc

    Really nice looking thing
    I hope the suspension and weight distribution is nice and all
    Im surprised how good affordable bikes are getting and they have a lot of nice details
    I have a egl 300cc and I can't reach the ground as a 5,4 guy but the 31 ponies of powah are so good and 6 gears like dang its a lot fun and its lightweight too
    I hope bikes like this make an impact in tye industry and more people can enjoy them

    For the price buy a used 250f and get yourself a bike that will actually be a decent bike for what you want to do, this guy doesn’t seem to be that big and look at how spongy the suspension looked with him on it.

    3:10 Does the kick start hit the footpeg on
    this model too, before getting a full kick out of it?
    What about the TM38, does it also have the kick
    starter hitting foot peg issue?

    • @Smodlee
      @Smodlee Рік тому

      The tm38 looks like the kick starter is up higher then the tm36 so my guess is that the tm36 you might hit your foot

    • @bikersoncall
      @bikersoncall Рік тому

      @@Smodlee I went with the TM31
      due to the slightly smaller frame.
      The kick start hits the footpeg, no way
      to kick start with peg down.
      So the engineering solution was to
      break the pegs return spring so we
      could flip up the peg out of the way
      and use the kick starter lol. I
      believe the Kayo k2 250 is the same
      scenario, as well as any other Chinese
      250 in this particular segment, the
      cc's is actually 223, Zongshen engine.
      I use the kick start 90% of the time,
      the broken spring for the peg is
      somewhat sketchy to down right
      dangerous, but not incredibly so.
      When you go through hard terrain with
      downed branches irregular surfaces
      Bolders, ruts etc, the
      peg often gets pushed into the
      'stay-up' position, and the rider isn't
      aware until he tries to put his foot
      back on that peg lol. Great bike though
      for what it is.

    • @robertevans9354
      @robertevans9354 Рік тому

      It looks worse than it is on the 36 , never got it to kick start yet but starts easy w electric. Yea you need to lift up probably , I will double ck tomorrow and then you will know .

    • @bikersoncall
      @bikersoncall Рік тому

      @@robertevans9354 Thanks,
      I bought the TM31, there is NO WAY,
      to kick it without pulling the
      foot peg up. 'They' break the return
      spring on the peg, so it will stay up for
      TM31 owners while we kick start it.
      The bike is a fantastic value though,
      love it. I use the kick starter 90%
      of the time, it's not an easy kick,
      I'm light though, for someone 160 to
      230 lbs , it should be much easier.
