Most tracks it I've ever been on you can't ride dirt bikes on the tracks with turn signals and tail lights.
Does the TM38 E still come with the speedometer? Why don't you tell Trail Master to come out with a two-stroke version, that would be awesome, as long as they didn't suck! Lol. I'd like to see a good riding video of the TM38 E!

Good bike good value. Internationally proven motor. 100 mph doubt it. But I’d believe 80+ at 31 HP with a 200 pound man. Street kit for sure but don’t tell people street legal because most states DMV’s are not going to give you plates for it nor are insurers going to give you insurance to be legal on the road. I mean there can be ways around it but someone has to lie or falsify to accomplish it. That aside great bike for the money.

Or you just get an advanced inspection… then you take the advanced inspection paperwork to the DMV. That then proves it’s street legal.
