i feel you with allll of this. i think nighttime is really the only time we LET ourselves feel things the way we do and there’s no one around to really interfere with that or tell us it’s wrong. we’re super alike man, you speak the truth well
Panic attacks are scary. I found out something that helps mine...when u feel that feeling creeping up on u get an icepack and put it on the side of your neck...it stops my panic. Give it a try..I hope it helps u as well 😊 keep up the good work ❤
I am 17 and suffer from severe anxiety and depression.. so I definitely understand . It can be hard to even sleep sometimes because I’m wondering and worrying about work the next day for no particular reason lol. I just hate being stressed out and usually try my best to prevent being stressed at all.😂 it’s a hard game.. but I’m recently medicated and hoping that it helps eventually
The night time feels so negative bc everything stops, all the stuff we were doing during the day that kept our minds busy and focused on other things, halts. And then we’re left alone with our inner thoughts.
