as someone studying and working in the creative industries i definitely see an extreme creative spark in you even through your asmr. you are hilarious, witty, open minded and have a huge personality. i definitely agree with others who say u should quit your job. yes money is money but if u continue to work on asmr or even start a non asmr channel where you discuss the things u discuss on here, i could see you being very successful doing that level of social media entertainment (especially on tiktok). and if u need to maintain a second job aside from UA-cam I would apply elsewhere and see if a different workplace suits you. above all put ur mental health first ❤

Most places will require that 3x bs. Way better to find someone renting out their own properties/rooms. It’s hard to find a place without using someone’s financial info who does make 3x the rent 😭. It’s honestly frustrating since most Americans are living pay check to pay check these days 🙄
