The Game Chasers are 2 friends hunting for retro video game in flea markets, garage sales, game stores and people's homes! And they are a bunch chodes
I hate how they only have 100k subscribers. The content is much more professional than others and had been going on for much longer. The Game Chasers deserve more.
"Hook up friends when you can, don't be a dick." Great rule of thumb when dealing in games.
Na that's just a great rule of life in general.
Just got done watching all the episodes again, for the third time. Kinda having a shitty time at work for the past month, which is making regular life shitty too, but the Chasers help make my day a little more tolerable. Thanks guys.
This show never fails to bring a smile to my face, another great episode guys!
Thanks man
5:45 uncensored fuck! UA-cam will demonetize now.
Eric the real Captain 8-Bit!
No, the censor was there. Just 2 seconds too late
I thought Melvor was about to turn into the Hulk at 5:06.
Solid episode & nice inclusion of Mike Matei.
My eyes got so wide when I saw this episode was up!!! Best youtube show ever.
Hey guys. I've been following you for several years now and I've never sent you a message but I just wanted to let you know that I thoroughly enjoyed this episode. Especially the little bit you added about the arari and collecting different label variants with Mike Matei. Watching you guys dig through other peoples shit reminded me of some of the older episodes. Your guy's constantly deliver awesome content and I appreciate the hard work. Keep the episodes coming. Thanks.
I laughed, I cried, I regained hope in humanity. Great episode.
4:00 that music takes me back to the 90zzzzzzzzzz like old infomercials
Another solid episode. This series will never get old for me. Looking forward to the next DVD release.
It's not the game's that make the show, it's the game chasers! Love you guys. Dodongo is my hero!
Awesome episode! Those lockers were gold mines, props to Greg for being a cool guy.
Damn no farting in this one. Oh well, you win some you lose some.
When are pre orders for the next DVD coming out
All hail KING BILLY
Spoilers! Do the game chasers fart or dont they?! who knows?!
I dropped one for you... in honor of Melvor
No farting? You guys are loosing your edge.
HELL. YES. This episode was fantastic. The editing and music were great (loved the Lords of Thunder and Super Castlevania IV nods), but my favorite parts were the Atari 2600 segment and watching you all doing what you do best: digging through piles to find hidden treasure.
The Atari VCS does not get enough love. In a retrogaming universe predominated with Nintendo, it's nice to see the original King of Consoles getting its time in the spotlight. Melvor nailed it when talking about simplicity; we had one button and a joystick, so developers had to make that work... and they did. Mike Matei also mentions Kaboom!, and that's a great example of a game that can really only be experienced as it should on its original console.
Really neat to see some CD-i and VIC-20 stuff in this episode. The VIC-20 was my first computer-- and, of course, I used it mostly for games. GORF got a lot of playing time. Also saw a Carnevil coin-op in one of Greg's sheds. That's a Midway light gun coin-op that lots of people forgot about... but was a lot of fun to play.
Thanks again for your hard work, from the travel to the filming to the editing process. The end result, at least for me, is always worth the wait.
Great episode as usual guys! Loved seeing Mike in there too! 2600 is still fun to collect for - some fun stuff and still cheap. I bought a ton of it this year!
This is a great episode, and I couldn't agree more with how the feeling of collecting Atari replicates the old days of chasing...ah memories.
Just re-watched all the episodes for the third time now. Love your work guys. Collecting here in the UK is getting really hard so your shows always help. Looking forward to seeing the next episode!!
These older seasons are very nostalgic to me. S1 & S2 take me back to high school because that's where I was when they were being uploaded. S5 & S6 & S7 take me back to college because that's where I was when they were being uploaded. Unfortunately missed out on S3 & S4 when they were being uploaded because of life.
that TMNT Module is mine lol!
That storage locker is full of gems! I've never seen an Atari double ender before. Very cool episode!
spoiler Alert!!! LMAO
Bet you like a Double Ender! Ahh ya I got nothing else..
There have been several Double enders on Game chasers before though
Greg is pretty awesome to hook you guys up like that. A friend for sure. Its great to see there are still some nice people in this game!
The best part of this series isn't the games, it's the relationships Billy and Jay have with their friends. That's why they are so relatable!
At 9:00 back ground music brought back memories of playing mystical ninja. Nice
Finished a 12 hour shift at work and come home to a new Game Chasers episode!!!
Thank you so much releasing one of these. Best timing! Been the worst last few days. This just made my day better.
Awesome guys for showing the love to the Atari 2600. I'm at about 325 games in my collection. If you guys ever come down to Florida, come look me up at the flea market.
Nothing better than waking up to some new Game Chasers!
I fucking love you guys. Pretty make my day every time. Reminds me of collecting with my boys back in the day. Criminally underrated channel.
One of my favorite epichodes thus far. Great meeting you guys by the way. Hope you enjoy the Wonder Boy In Monsterland, Jay! I know I enjoyed playing the hell out of that game!
Great video as usual just finished a game chaser marathon from ep 1 and a new videos appears ace
A new episode released on my birthday, wishes do come true. Keep up the good work
i love all your episodes but this one really felt like old times. just needs a hungover dodongo, alllrriiiight! thank you
Always look forward to your a new episode of the game chasers. This was a nice surprise today.
My fave episode for some time. back to the good old style. He hooked you guys up with a nice deal. hope to see more eps like this one :)
Wow you guys are so consistent it's like a sitcom. You sure earned yourself a nice deal! Great episode!
IF Billy says hi it will make my year! love you guys.
Atari 2600 was my first console and I've got a conservative but quality collection of carts. I really love pre-NES consoles and golden age arcade games, they really bring me back and are just simple and addictive. It's so cheap and easy to collect for the 2600 as well, as you guys put it, it feels like the old days of collecting when you can spend a few bucks and get a bunch of games.
I find it really relaxing to just zone out to something like Berzerk or Asteroids.
becuase of you guys i got into collecting retro games and yall gave me so much knowledge of what im buying and whats way too much for certian game. Even tho game chaseing in south louisiana sucks I just wanna thank you guys!
Love watching y'all. Brings back memories for me as a kid.
Greatest show ever. Being following you guys and spreading the word since ep 1!!! Keep it up!
Let me try this again, there is some music playing in the background of the VIC-20 segment at around 3:31. Can anyone please tell me what it is? Please!
darude sandstorm
It's from Snatcher.
I sincerely thank you for your response!
YEA YOU GUYS ARE BACK!!! I've missed ya guys! I literally binged watch two months ago and have been waiting for ya guys to put a new one out!!!! THANKS!!
You guys are awesome. So pleasant to see down to earth people buying games with and from friends. But, you are still all chodes
I expected nothing less than Jay and Billy not having more than $60 bucks between the two of them hahaha
Love how quick your getting the episodes out now always turn ad blocker off whilst watching as well :D
Dat Goemon town music. Thanks for the episode!
Love the game chasers i always feel a rush of excitment and egerness when a new video appears in my subsriptions screen going through some tough times now and no matter what you guys always cheer me up like in the last episode where you guys where farting in that one guys house it made me laugh uncontrollably and forget about the struggle for a bit :)
lol glad we can help
Great finds guys i'm a big Jurassic park fan and would've loved to get that 3do game. great episode good hunting.
I want those PS1 system boxes back there
Also someone needs to give Greg props for that Zombie Nation shirt
He will be at Retropalooza. Have him bring it
dude! me TOO! im a ps1 fanboy for life, and i've been looking for a system box for years now, and i've never come across one...:(
I want to thank you guys for inspiring me to start collecting. I've always been a gamer but never collected. So I'm about a year in with 12 systems and over 250 games. not much but I'm on my way. thanks again guys and keep the videos coming.
This episode was awesome. I miss seeing you guys go digging through shit like you would in the earlier seasons. You never know what you are gonna find. Great episode. Keep up the good work guys :-)
What's wrong with these guys?
Lmao!
Here's another great episode and I'm enjoying it so far, thanks guys!
Thanks for the upload, these videos always make me smile!
build a relationship with your dealer kids.
I took this advice and now I’m a coke addict, thanks dude.
This is one of those videos that makes me love collecting!
Excellent episode. My highlight was meeting Billy n Jay at Too Many Games \ m /
That looks like the flea market right outside of Gulf Breeze....that booth has been nuts for years.
Billy your editing skills are getting even better and better the more I watch man :F
You guys never fail to make me laugh. Keep up the awesome work.
I've never seen a storage unit that doesn't fully separate their units...like that first unit had some stuff near the top edge, you could just reach over and acquire some of his gaming stuff.
Maybe it's a humidity/temperature thing though since that's Texas and I'm up in Canada.
I was thinking the same thing, like how easy it would be to bring in two ladders and throw one over the other side and climb down into someone else's unit.
There is chain link fence at the top so you cannot go over to the other unit.
47 mins....epic! thanks guys. hope you'll make Magfest this year!
Dude, I love Greg. Dude is the best. If I lived closer I'd hang at Game Bros more often.
Man. Gulf Breeze Flea Market. That place with the games got picked over 15 years ago. You guys found the dregs of the dregs. Cool to see you in my old stomping grounds, though!
Is that the snatcher theme I hear at 3:30? Yeeeeeeahhh buddy!
always good to see another game chasers episode!
So happy to get a new episode! It's been way too long!
Nice video ,also it was nice meeting you guys in SoCal...come again!!!!👍🏼
Why don't yall have 100k subs!? blows my mind, you should have a million
They really deserve 1 mil +. Meanwhile Jack Black makes a gaming channel with barely any gaming on it and passes 1 mil in like a day
@23:55 Melvor and Billy's adversariness is real, it really shows. Haha.
I just found your guys channel, An absolutely luv it you guys rock!
The best youtube show on the internet.
was just about to go to bed when a new game chasers episode notification pops up. who needs sleep anyways.
Awesome episode! thanks guys.
Yes!!!! Finally! And I've actually been having a bad day too. I can't think of anything else that would cheer me up.
I had a real shitty day, thank you you guys for brightening it up for me!
good content as always keep on keeping on
Only just discovered this amazing series - I’m watching them all backwards 😉🖖
amazing episode I soo miss the flea markets and garages and stuff nothing wrong with some conventions on ocassion but this is soo much better:)
Great editing and video guys!
Wait, back in the day with the goatee Jay looked kinda like B-Real xD
Great episode guys!
I've been to that flea market it's just outside of Gulf Breeze, FL. Back in the 90's you could score some deals in that place. Now it seems to be re-seller hell.
What game is the song played at 10:10 in? Thanks in advance.
This is one of my favorite episodes you've ever done! Really great editing. Are you using a new camera? Those talking head shots in the storage unit looked really nice!
It really bothers me, that these guys don't have at least 500k subs
I mean, c'mon Game Chasers are awesome
Greetings from Argentina
you should have picked up that vic-20
im on a game chasers binge lol i can't get enough of u guys ! do u guys ever come ocross earthworm jim ?
The Fourth Captain nah i want sega or snes
16:40 Heck yeah, One of the best Super Castlevania 4 tracks - Forest of Monsters
Damn that Football picture label Atari game brings back so many memories. That was one of my first games ever. Lol I remember there being another Atari football game too. Those were two of my favorite games but I was a big football fan as a kid haha
@3:41?What´s primitive about the Commodore 64?
What's that 90ish instrumental track you used twice in this episode?
Can't believe you're still on the chodery.
It's from Snatcher. I KNEW I'd heard it before, but it took a while to figure it out.
nice castlevania IV music at 17:00 . badass music
Oh damn, Buck Rogers on ColecoVision! I had that back in the day, and played the crap out of it.
Solid episode...not a lot of super expensive games, but that's ok because you found a unique variety of interesting stuff. This was definitely a nice return to old school where you'd hunt through the unknown to find potential gems. I was kinda hoping you guys would show off those arcade cabs but it's not like they could be tested.
It was great seeing you guys getting to dig through a horde of stuff again, looking for treasure. Those N64 game prices near the beginning killed a little piece inside me though.
Wow was that TV's Mike Matei
whats the faint background song around 1:24
Loved it! great episode guys :)
wow, I grew up going to that flea market . crazy to see
I really love the flea market episodes. :D.. All that's missing is an appearance of Alpha
