Man I did this trail on my drz400sm with some bald tkc80s in the rear and at 320 where u guys decided to turn back is exactly where I went n mad it pretty far but decided to turn back as well because I was alone n beat up from them rocks. It was a hard way back down
So for the first 80% of the Peter's Mill (Coming from the campground side), totally fine up to maybe 3rd gear speeds. The last 20% I would not do a dirt bike..
If shocks are setup correctly you can go 20-30 mph over rock gardens like that but it does beat up the body and will mess with the nerves. Nerves can get shocked and send tingles all over the body and that is no fun. Do the high speed on the wrong setup and bike might body slam you. KLR 650 did that to me, KTM 450 never did that to me.
Full send baby up those hills

Yeah it gets rocky AF..
How bad were the rocks? Did you feel like your front end was taking a beating?

@@PatOutdoors Thanks!
Where exactly did you park and start off at?
Start from north side for sure lol. I started from the south end and was so tired from the rocks lol
You didn’t even get close to the hard stuff. You should park at the Taskers Gap side parking lot to get to the good stuff for bikes.
Thanks, yeah going there soon actually
Is it rocky or is it fun
Any trail is easy on a dirt bike
Do you need some sort of permit for this ?
Yes you do. There’s a general store near the entrance that sells day passes for $5
Perfect bike for it but the rider should buy an electric scooter and ride around his neighborhood 😂😂😂
Is it because I'm a beginner..?
