Tengo una amiga , una de mis mejores amigas, con ella compartimos casi todos los recitales. Pero lo más hermoso es saber que la madre de ella , pudo ir a Vélez esa noche de 1981 y ver a Queen , pudo estar ahí !!

Este año volvió Green Day a tocar en Argentina, mismo estadio Vélez Sarsfield y sucedió lo mismo, y cada vez antes de que comiencen los conciertos de Green Day ponen canciones que les gustan a los integrantes de Green Day y en Argentina sucede esto siempre, se que Green Day lo hace antes de que comiencen sus conciertos, no solo acá y he visto algún público cantar alguna canción, pero en Argentina siempre y con todas las canciones.
I can see how this can be confusing! As others have said, Green Day is a Bay Area band and they always play Queen’s Bohemian Rhapsody before their shows to warm up the crowd. There’s tons of fan cams of many different shows where the crowd just losing their mind getting ready for the show and people coming together for the love of music ❤️🙌🙌

I remember when I was at different U2 concerts (at River Plate and at the La Plata stadium) and they played "De Música ligera" (when Gustavo still was at hospital) before concert started and the stadium went crazy, on other occasions they played Davie Bowie, Lou Reed, The Verve and the same thing happened. I consider myself very lucky, I was able to go and be on the floor singing and jumping, to many concerts (national and international bands) when I lived in BA and they were always incredible... it's a fantastic feeling, and you remember it all your life! Adrian Barilari’s voice is outstanding, amazingly powerful high notes and 100% intact: he is 63!!! And Walter Giardino’s guitar solos were wonderful! Whole concert atmosphere was beautiful, people from 60 to 10 years old, lots of families enjoying good old school heavy metal. Whole crowd sang happy birthday, to Adrian Barilari!!!

I agree 2017 London's video and sound is better quality, but it is not more overwelming. Argentinians do not speak English as a first language like british people, and Queen is not an argentinian band but an english one. This makes a huge difference in the appreciation of the crowd.

Let me explain something D. In Argentina, purchasing power is very low. That means that foreign artists don't come to the country very often, because it's not very profitable for them. Even when they do come, the tickets are priced at what must be 10 times what it costs a first world person. Paying that ticket requires a higher effort, because your salary is lower and the ticket is more expensive. So when you can finally see the band you like | love, it is an experience that you enjoy to the fullest. Also, is nobody on the Stage, but is Bohemian Rapsody! Common!
