Very informative vedio. May Allah give you reward for helping needy people who cant even afford to pay consultations fees. My 7 years child born in uk, got ilr more then 1 year. Is he eligible for naturalisation and which form we used to apply online for naturalisation? Parents have only leave to Remain visa. Thanks
Sir I hope you are fine, I need some guidance regarding applying for a British passport for my child. My child was born in the UK while her mother did not hold British nationality. The child currently has a UK residence card with a two-year validity. Both the child and mother are living in the UK. After child birth the mother has obtained Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) status. My question is: Can we apply for a British passport for the child based on the child’s residence card, or should we first apply for the child’s British citizenship before applying for the passport? Your advice on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
HI, I am a British Citizen (by descent). My son was born outside UK. Now, he is in UK on a child dependent visa (the initial visa is for 30 months). I know I can register him for British citizenship after 3 years. My question is do I need to renew his visa after 2.5 years and then apply for his citizenship 6 months later? Is there any possibility to avoid paying the fee two times (visa renewal and registering as citizen)?
Hello. Just a quick question if any expert can reply please. I’m British now through naturalisation in 2022 My kids born right after February 2017. That time I was uk permanent resident on ILR. Can I apply for my kids British passport directly now. They are not in the uk. They are abroad. ??
