Hi guys,
This video is walkthrough of the online application form for British Citizenship. If you have received your Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) as a Spouse, there is no wait time. You can apply for citizenship as soon as you receive your ILR. If you have your ILR from another visa type, you will need to wait 1 year after receiving ILR before you can apply.
There is no income threshold for this application, you just need to prove you have been a UK resident for the last 3 years if on a spouse visa or 5 years on any other visa.

Hello, thats great video thank you so much! All i need to ask you why you sent letters if you can send only his passport?! Because passport is enough proof they mentioned if its stamped and non eea national! And one more thing please in the marriage certificate paragraph its written you can send the spouse passport and scan every page of it which is in this case is you are the spouse, so did you send it or just marriage certificate enough? Thank you for the videos; you're very kind and thoughtful. I have a question: I received my first spouse visa on July 24, 2020, and my leave to remain is valid until November 11, 2025. Could you please let me know the earliest date I can apply for ILR? For your information, I am on the 5-year route.

Hello Ruksana, great video. I have a question.. Maybe you can help me. To solve a doubt. I and my family got ILR under skilled worker route. Can my wife apply independently including my son in her application? I want to apply separately because I travel a lot due to my work and I do t want my absences affect their application.
Can you please confirm who did you use for two referees? Unfortunately not many people have working in those professions who can be a reference

I would like to ask about spouse extension visa for child which is 7 years old .is the same adults process like online application or different???
It’s very difficult to find a referee who is a profession and that can be challenging for many applicants. What’s your advice on this please? Also May I ask

Hi @Ruksana, congratulations to your both of you ,may I know when your partner is having exam life in uk test , the application form for the expired date my id should I fill it based on card 2024 (all brp changing new after 2024 end year ) or my real expiry will be on 2025 but not shown on ID? Which should I fill any advice happen to your husband when he apply life in uk text applications form?. This very confusing me..
Did they accept letters from the bank instead of statements? I have letters and notices from the council that are not invoices? Are these acceptable?

How many proof of living in uk required is p60 pay slip and NHS letter enough
Hi nice video, my wife is about to apply for citizenship we just received our ILR but I thought for proof of residency you only needed to show the entry/exit stamps on your passport? Otherwise not accepting bank statements or bills is going to be tricky
My friend got his overseas british passport as his mother was born in UK. He is born in Pakistan and never been to UK. Now he wants to apply for naturalization certificate online. If any one has any information please reply.
I have followed your videos to do my ILR application. Now I am waiting for the decision. It's been 4 weeks. I don't know how long it takes..
Mine took about 2.5 months
Ruks. Iv applied for my wife citizenship on Friday and been for the biometrics on Saturday. I haven't heard anything from home office to say they have recieved the documents. Did you get any email to say they have recieved your supporting documents
How did you provide your 1st referree? Can i use my 1st referee @work for example my manager? Or it should be from my NHS, doctors. GPs? Then can i use my 2nd referree ay my nieghbor? Thank you

Unfortunately, I did all the required procedures. There were some difficulties, but we overcame with them and I took Home Office to court
I succeeded to obtain my husband's a visa entry into Britain
The story does not end here, but it is the beginning of the story
From the first week, he had problems with me and my family, and he rebelled against me little by little he doesn't listen to me he doesn't trust me he sends all the money to his perants in his country he works with out permission weekend he goes out early in morning and comes midnight every week we have fight.
