Hi I have applied for a fee waiver and it more than 4 weeks but haven’t heard nothing from them. Also my leave to remain is expiring in January and I haven’t heard nothing from the home office about my fee waiver. Should I be worried please?
Hello, I want to apply fee waiver application with my depdent so is there need to generate 2 reference numbers or we both have one reference number ?and second question for documents upload is there two link provide by homeoffice to me and my husband for documents uploadation Or within the samefile we upload both of us documents.
You are supposed to apply for your vusa before it expires. If you have not heard from the Home Office, you have a choice what to do: borrow money so you van renew your visa or let it expire (if you have money) and then explain to the Home Office that you have no money and waiting for the decision, etc. If you need more explanation, you can book on online consultation for as little as £9.97 for 15 mins.
I have applied for fee waiver my two children but due to my mistake I forgot to apply for one of my daughters now should I apply again for all three or can I cancel the previous application is there any procedure by which I can apply again
I have one question that why all solicitors are charging 500-1000£ for fee waiver application ? When the Home Office is waiving applicant fees, lawyers are making money on it too.such a shame . There should be some penalty on this for lawyers from homeoffice those who are charging for submitting fee waiver application.
They charge for their time. You can do it yourself so you save money. Just make sure you read the guidance notes and disclose everything in your application. It is not that difficult.
@@DIYImmigrationUK please clarify if 28 days prior to leave expiry doesn't affect the application submission if someone is applying for a fee waiver 3 months prior to main application? Thanks
@@tariqkhanone A fee waiver application is not an immigration application, so it would not affect your immigration application if you apply for it 3 months in advance of your visa expiry.
@@DIYImmigrationUK thanks for your prompt response. I was referring to if I apply 3 months prior and home office grants me fee waiver in let say 10 days. My date of application would be the date which I applied for a fee waiver. And then would be given 10 days to submit my application, which would be 28 days prior to me visa expiry. Wouldn't I be applying 28 days before my visa expiry which is not allowed by the home office I assume, please correct me if I am wrong on this? Thank you

I want to apply for British citizenship for a child fee waiver for registration citizenship for my three children and should I apply in my name or should I apply in the name of my children please let me know.
Make sure you compete Registration of British citizenship, not Naturalisation as it is for adults. Some people have made this mistake and were having difficulties with inserting the fee waiver codes.
4 weeks is sufficient. There are no guidelines when you should apply. At the time of recording the video, 3 months was suggested to make sure you have enough time but from recent experience, the Home Office are quite quick in getting back with the Fee Waiver decision.
Hi there. My visa is due to expire October. Does this give enough time to apply for the fee waiver? I can't afford to pay for it. Both my children are born here. And also attending school.
You can apply for the fee waiver 4 weeks before your visa expires. Just make sure that you are also completing your main application ready to submit before your visa expires. Prepare everything 4 weeks before the visa expiry.
Hi I applied for fee waiver on 12th August .my visa will expire on 30 October.I did not hear back from homeoffice.what will my best option.will I be overstating
You won't be overstaying if your visa expires 30th of October. It seems strange that they have not replied to your application. Check your spam box in case they sent you an email there. Did you send/uploaded your documents? As long as you submit your application before the 30th (i.e. 29th of October), you'll be fine.
Many many thanks for your reply.yes they sent me documents uploaded email and I uploaded my documents.after submitting my uploaded documents I did not any email or reply from them.please advice me.will I should contact with them?and how.I sent them email to their general enquiry email but automatic reply said it will take 20 working days for reply.I need your response please…

Yes, according to the Guidance. However, you might find it challenging to prove that you can't afford the fee if you don't have bank account etc. Email us for more information but the Home Office Guidance should be able to help you prepare for the application.
i request home office to set a penalty against those law firms and individuals who are charging theirs clients for applying fee waiver application. This is a facility from HO for those who cant afford. And these Greedy Law firms are also making money from this.
when there are three receptionists in the office, and when there is glass windows office on the main road , the range rover is parked outside , then these expenses will be taken out from clients 😜🤪😝🤭

Do refugees exempt from neutralization fee UK?
If you meant naturalization fee, no they are not exempt.
Please does applying fo fee waiver affect the decision on your visa?
Not at all. This application is to ask the HO to give you exemption from paying the fees. Absolutely nothing to do with your application.
