Durban, the Committee Chairman, confirms it is not unusual for complaints to never move forward and therefore the nominee would not have been made aware of the complaint. The nominee swore to tell the truth. If Kennedy had proof the nominee was lying WHY DIDN’T HE BRING IT? It’s because he Doesn’t have proof! Kennedy is nothing but a clown acting as a goofball in front of cameras. He is wasting taxpayers money and the time of the senate. When there is so much important business the Senate has to conduct, it is just pitiful the country has to suffer clowns like this hiding behind the cloak of the senate.. I know that whenever I see a Country's flag behind someone who's speaking, I automatically assume they are speaking on behalf of that entire Country. Surely it makes perfect sense that he would remove his state's flag for the same reason. I watch a ton of these, and not once have I ever heard that the person being grilled has been removed from their office, fined, jailed, etc. Why are we wasting our time having these hearings, if there is never an outcome? If it is to make the public aware of these people it is again a waste of time because the only place you will ever see it is on UA-cam. The entire country needs to see these interrogations so that these people can be served justice, or at the very least, not be voted back into office!

If you are a judge and you are REMOVED from a case, you're damn sure going to know (or find out) why...and if you don't, why wouldn't you find out? Take hundreds of other professions and it would be similar.
So, either he is lying through his teeth under oath or he is so aloof to his job that he does not have the moral bearing to qualify as a judge. Based upon his previous statement(s), it seems clear he wants to change society to his ideology through rulings from the bench...and he is willing to lie UNDER OATH to do so.
