      Hi there,
I hope and pray you are well. If you do not mind me sharing; a well-planned, organic and unrefined plant-based diet (consuming edible raw plant foods where possible so as not to denature or destroy the life-forces and enzymatic activities beneficial to the human system. If disagreeing on this matter, please try planting some steamed carrots and see if they will grow; if they fail to, it is because they are 'dead' plant food that cannot fully nourish one's 'living' cells) consisting of organic fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts, seeds and whole grains is the best diet to provide mankind with ultimate health and longevity. These foods, fresh and grown in rich soil, are found all the essential vitamins, calcium, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, minerals, protein and water needed to make good blood and enjoy health.
Please avoid meat alternatives that contain harmful preservatives and additives e.g vinegar, a corrosive agent. Food toxicity and nutrient deficiency (e.g white bread, white rice and white sugar) are a deadly combination as one is hindering the body's building materials needed to action healing whilst at the same time taxing the system with more toxic things, thus bringing about disease and possibly even an early death.
Here is a short informative video that i believe will be a Blessing: ua-cam.com/video/-qUsQGwLutE/v-deo.htmlsi=DWBGyWyuqUFGJoQo

It is the West that isn't democratic. Capitalism is NOT democracy. It is just opportunism; a zero-sum game, in which in order to win, the other has to lose. Also known as imperialism & colonialism leading to slavery and genocides; as history factually reveals the true barbarism of the Westerners since the 4th to 21st century starting with the Catholic Roman Church's Inquisition, to fomenting and profiteering from war crimes such as the Opium Wars for centuries.
Good thing the empire of FUD is collapsing precipitously now in 2023.

It’s truly vibrant at night here in China! Nearly every city and village. Concerning the news articles, I believe in every country, there can be a few groups of people that do things differently, especially when it comes to what they eat, drink or take as medication. i haven’t had that encounter but if that’s the case, it’ll surely be only a little group out of a billion people. Probably very little!

@@WilleneBusinessLifestyle Yes it sure is bro, great to see you are living your best life. It is very vibrant too.
Also thats great to know concerning those groups that they are a very little group, as you buy fresh you are able to see the food in front of you.
Also how is the medical/healthcare in China?

Always take pictures of trash cans in the city, and then TELL you that the WHOLE CITY IS LIKE THAT. They've been doing it all these years.

@@insistentmind498 that’s right! It’s really fun! Even if I leave China someday it’ll always be a country in my heart. About the healthcare, I’ve been to the hospital here a few times and my experience was great! I’ll try to put a healthcare/hospital video in my plans. Thanks for the idea. 🙏🏾😊
