Thuough the bug does 100-200 half a second slower, but the way it does it, it's like jet taking off.
Starting the run from 80kph, the Chiron doesn’t get to full power till like 160kph. If you start the acceleration early like at 60, in theory the turbos will be more on boost and should be able to get a quicker 100-200, but still nowhere as fast as the rimac

Chiron sounds great and the Rimac has crazy acceleration, overall I love them both
Its not only about the acceleration but th sound and emotion through that, id take the super sport💪
The thing about the Chiron is how uneventful those brutal accelerations and slow downs are compared to others hypercars that get jumpy and nervous... Not only in this video, but in any other video (like the official 0-400-0 one)... It's a very solid platform, which is heavier and less powerful than the Nevera... So results are more than obvious, but I would still choose the Chiron over the Nevera because of what the Chiron represents and how it behaves...

Happily drive across France down to Monaco then around Italy and the Amalfi Coast in the Bugatti…. I’ll be able to do this as there are petrol stations everywhere. Unfortunately the Rimac will barely make the English coast to get on the Eurostar as there are very few places to charge (slow or fast) on such a glorious trip.

You had to start 100-200 in second gear for a better chiron time. It upshifts just in 100-105kph ans lost easily 0.2 seconds

Bugatti is "analog " era king ... For "analog people " / Nevera is king for " digital times " ... Modern times - for " digital people"
Those beasts are quicker from 300 to 400 km/h that 0-100 of my car.
Mi piacerebbe provarle entrambe, ma con l'autostrada libera chiusa al traffico. Sarebbe stato interessante sapere i tempi e spazi di frenata, la Remac dovrebbe essere superiore perché più leggera.
In più, la Rimac usa la frenata rigenerativa dei motori elettrici. Però da un punto di vista ingegneristico, i freni della Bugatti che riescono a fermare un macchina da 2 tonnellate che va a più di 400 km/h semplicemente sono imbattibili.

Definitely the Chiron. No one spends so much money on an electric car except you buy it for views.
Their both amazing cars. But I think the interior of the Bugatti looks a touch better, more classic but the metal really looks like metal and shines. And in the Rimac it looks a bit to like plastic.

Not a fan of the looks on both cars. First gen Bugatti was and still is beautiful. As for speed, I couldn't care less if either of them hit 1000 mph. Rimac lacks the very essence of car ownership, an engine. Batteries are for torches, not cars.

That's not the same class of cars.... They are both fast but you cannot compare w16 quad turbo and electro car
You could get a Tesla Plaid with Track Pack for 1/20 the price and you get similar acclerations and even a better daily
Problem is Plaid looks like a 2005 Mazda 6 and doesn't do 250mph. And probably falls apart because its just a Tesla. Or you kill yourself because the brakes dont work from high speeds.

At least that's what I've read. It has 10+radiators because it's generating so much heat.
