I like your market so far. I always use the red tents for food, blue for goods, and green for luxury items.
I think you can use the Remove Resource Brush on the stones.
The mandate you're looking for is further down the list.
You could also just spin the passage around before snapping it in place on the Manor House. I believe you hold ALT to spin.

I can see what you're trying to do, but I think clearing a big area of trees for the farm fields first would help. Then place the farm field area.
You can build separately but need door for that then it will turn green

Constructive criticism ✨ pleaseeeeeee stop spending/buying/ moving buildings and focus on the tasks on the left & your warnings such as “insufficient housing”!! I love your aesthetic, but getting so frustrated watching.
