For me fallout 4 building was perfect. Only hated the static spawns for raiders. Just wish there was something like it ( tried the new one but that one is meh ) over 100 mods probally 95 building mods and 5 for gameplay xD

try Ixion, it's freaking hard but so fun
I liked it until i played Worker & Resource. Blown away. So hard compared to CS. In fact CS is so ez, everything is automatic, it is beautiful yes, you are done after your first city, there is nothing challenging.
