The Mother Space Whale vs the Imperial Mouse Clicker! It's just too bad the pathfinding of the Viscount and Executor are so terrible that we couldn't have the artwork of the slugfest at Orinda between the SSD Lusankya and SSD Reaper.
Maybe another play through you can do could possibly be Republic at War, but as the CIS this time and not the Republic even though they are my favorite faction
I love this. Regardless of what anyone says, you are an amazing UA-camr. I hope we as a community can continue to support you, and know that many of us will support you no matter what you choose to do for your next series, be it Star Wars or something else.
Wow that space battle was epic. Totally worth the wait. The only way it could have been better, was having both giant ships just trading blows. Instead of both running away from each other. Even still, it was pretty awesome to watch.
12:17 I was going look around for youtube video's asking if there where any Mon Calamari Jedi, I knew Kit Fisto had an apprentice that was killed by Grevious, but didn't know of any Mon Calamari Jedi Masters. Well now I do. Cilghal, well i'll be damned a former senator as well.
Also... What a bummer!!! I wanted to see you use those new Venators in a fight before the episode ended... even if it was just moving off of an unfriendly planet just long enough to let it rebuild it's station, then attack it again. :D But, I guess it really gives me something to look forward to in the next episode. Keep it up Shack!! I think i'm going to get on Steam and play some Thrawn's Revenge myself. :D I have like 3 different campaigns going at the same time, so I have some choices as to which I feel like playing at any given time/day.
Shack if you spread out where you call in your ground reinforcements they won't trickle in under fire. When you call them in on the same spot they'll wait for the first transports to land and the troops to move, but if you call them in without over-lapping them they can all come in at once.
Shack, you should play as the Pentastar Alignment in the next segment of Thrawn's Revenge. You enjoyed fighting them and you fought them the least in your entire New Republic campaign so they are the most foreign to you. Plus play on Admiral so you can extend a new play through.
Soon as I saw the words at the top saying that the enemy ship yards were raided and have provided you with ships. I immediately looked down... and sat up out of bed very quickly proclaiming "YOU GOTTA VENATOR! YOU GOTTA VENATOR!!" Which, considering my attitude lately to this series was a little much for me, lol. Seriously... Since getting this game (Thanks ENTIRELY to this series grabbing my interest) I have put in over 90+ hours on it, and in the first week of owning it, I spent about 12 or so hours per say playing. As the New Republic several times, and as the Imperial Remnant.. and not once did I ever get command of Venators... Despite how WIDELY AVAILABLE, AND WIDELY USED THEY APPEAR TO BE IN THIS PLAY THROUGH!!! I don't believe I was ever given an opportunity to build, inherit, or even use the Venator Class Star Destroyer in any way. Although... there are a long list of campaign choices, I know for certain that I was playing the same as you are in this series.
Talks about hyperspacing in the fleet in such a way as to have a tactical advantage over the enemy. Proceeds to hyperspace in his strongest vessel so that the enemy can shoot it in it's only weak spot.
When you build a new star wars thing in Space Engineers I recommend you build the Imperial Cargo Ship from Star Wars Rebels or the Imperial Interdictor. Nice video!
do you think there should be a smaller galaxy map but have multiple maps on each planet, that you can select to attack individually, each map would grant a different resource. also you missed ep 15 on this playlist.
That was Emporor Palpatines ship when he's in space. However he's listed as a ground unit so he's never in space...also he died several episodes ago. The Pentastar Alignment has another Super Star Destroyer active, but it's the same thing. He's a ground unit that rarely leaves Bastion.
the pentilstar allignment are heavly focused on venators with HUGE fighter/bomber support id like to see you play as them while we wait for the updated versons of the mods :D
If the penstar aligament takes the north east of the map they can build hellfire droids, which are a lot of fun. I really like the penstar aligament, they use clonewar style troops and Preators
I don't think you have to place a ground force in command for the invasion. In the Fleet comp screen, you should be able to drag a unit from your fleet to the planet surface and it will initiate combat with that unit in first.
You should play old classics like Imperium Galactica 2 or Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. Nexus even has some mods. You could try out Shallow Space as well, which is a new game, I think it's in beta still.
In legends there actualy was a battle of Ithor between the new republic and the yuzang vong the planet became a firebal duing the battle and became completly uninhabitable
Hey Shack have you heard of a game called Hegemony 3 it's a lot of fun it's set in Italy before Rome but after the fall of Greece do you play as a faction and you try to take over the continent whilst fighting other factions and people it's essentially a smaller version of Total War but with a gigantic map that will take a long time to finish and I was wondering if you could make a playthrough of it similar to you Stellaris campaign I know it's not Sci-Fi but it's an awesome game .
Please do more of the Star Trek space engineers. Been waiting for a while for the defiant to be in action. Also Morph will probably die, so thats a plus.
Oh you really want to do an other playthrough with an other faction! Empire of the Hand is fun to play e.g, bit different as they come with good units but no really heavys like SSD's. And defending a planet is also a bit different as they don't have Hyper-V's or Ion Cannons.
Oh man, I've been gone most of the day and so I just saw this was uploaded. I doubt you'll see this at this point, but I completely support the idea of doing an Awakening of the Rebellion campaign once the new version comes out. I think its mechanics will fix some of the issues you have with this game, and I'd like to see how you deal with the difficulty. Until then, I'll let you decide what you want to play next.
you should play as the Pentastar Alignment in another series you get two super star destroyers but one of them is a sith guy and he counts as a ground unit but if you do a space battle with him he pilots a SSD
Bought Star Wars Empire At War during the Steam Winter Sale, but I don't know which display settings to choose. Can someone please recommend one? Thank you!
Since he killed the emperor early on in a ground battle does that mean we won't see the eclipse star destroyer in space? Or does the emperor have a clone?
Two ssd heroes actually, just recently started campaigning as them. ~8 initial planets, 2 with tier-3 space station, star destroyers with range about half of the map. But they are EZLY steamrolled as any casualty inflicted to them cannot be replaced because of practically non-existant income. As well as their heroes do not change or respawn after changing the era, as far as i know
>Hyperspaces one bothan ship into the kill zone of an SSD
"Many Bothans died to bring us this victory..."
Yes! Awakening of the rebellion is a great idea!
The Mother Space Whale vs the Imperial Mouse Clicker! It's just too bad the pathfinding of the Viscount and Executor are so terrible that we couldn't have the artwork of the slugfest at Orinda between the SSD Lusankya and SSD Reaper.
Lol pathfinding for a vehicle that is much bigger than it was ever intended... makes sense that it sucks
still pretty awsome battle
Port=Left (when looking to bow)
Starboard=Right. (when looking to bow)
Bow=Pointy bit.
Imagine if after every battle the ship DIDN'T automatically repair itself so the viscount was permanently at 30% health
would you guess what they just added with 3.2
27:30 For the SSD Battle
Maybe another play through you can do could possibly be Republic at War, but as the CIS this time and not the Republic even though they are my favorite faction
Star Destroyer i agree
Star Destroyer Long live the Confederacy!
Star Destroyer release the droids!!!
Star Destroyer ACTIVATE THE DROIDS
oh yus!
I love this. Regardless of what anyone says, you are an amazing UA-camr. I hope we as a community can continue to support you, and know that many of us will support you no matter what you choose to do for your next series, be it Star Wars or something else.
Oh so glad the Viscount made it! To change things up I vote for KOTOR II restored content Mod for the next playthrough please!
Can't wait for those two Venators to die in the next battle like every ship you've stolen.
I3oo1Ve how do you steal ships
Firespear capture a planet that is building it
Wow that space battle was epic. Totally worth the wait. The only way it could have been better, was having both giant ships just trading blows. Instead of both running away from each other. Even still, it was pretty awesome to watch.

This is literally my favorite series on the channel.
I liked. During the whole battle on Ord Trasi I was on the edge of my seat.
Ord (as in Ord Mantell & Ord Trasi) stands for Ordnance/Supply and was used in the Old Old Republic as a planet title for supply bases
interesting Pentastar Alignment space fight shack is was cool
Shack, you should play as the Pentastar Alignment in the next segment of Thrawn's Revenge. You enjoyed fighting them and you fought them the least in your entire New Republic campaign so they are the most foreign to you. Plus play on Admiral so you can extend a new play through.

What I personally would love would be a game with the space and galaxy combat like EAW and ground combat similar to Supreme Commander
Trinal Galaxy When it comes to galaxy map and mechanics we have better (Star wars rebellion)
At 37:58 best old school battle group mix ever
do you think there should be a smaller galaxy map but have multiple maps on each planet, that you can select to attack individually, each map would grant a different resource. also you missed ep 15 on this playlist.
this was a very good video shack keep up the good work
One last Super Star Destroyer to go. IIRC, it's the one with the scaled down Death Star canon.
That was Emporor Palpatines ship when he's in space. However he's listed as a ground unit so he's never in space...also he died several episodes ago. The Pentastar Alignment has another Super Star Destroyer active, but it's the same thing. He's a ground unit that rarely leaves Bastion.
Shack play the yoden mod trust me it's great and you can even have ships on the groundn
also i recommend the pentastar alignment who focus on venators and can build preators and luzerhulks at etti 4 and the planets north of mon calamari
the pentilstar allignment are heavly focused on venators with HUGE fighter/bomber support
id like to see you play as them while we wait for the updated versons of the mods :D
Shack is my favorite UA-camr
SHACK THAT WAS AWESOME VISCOUNT NEAR DEATH HOLY DAMN THAT'S WAS SO WICKED
Yes pls do awakening of the rebellion when the new version comes out!
If the penstar aligament takes the north east of the map they can build hellfire droids, which are a lot of fun. I really like the penstar aligament, they use clonewar style troops and Preators
Lord Imrahil And Ardus Kaine is the true successor to Palpatine.
Speaking of what you're doing next..... isn't their a Knights of the Old Republic mod for Empire at war? That'd be awesome!
Shack you should totally show of cool stuff from the steam workshop!
I don't think you have to place a ground force in command for the invasion.
In the Fleet comp screen, you should be able to drag a unit from your fleet to the planet surface and it will initiate combat with that unit in first.
Hey Shack, maybe another playthrough of Star Trek Armada 3 is in order. If not that, maybe some other mod for Sins of a Solar Empire.
The Pentastar Alignment have one more SSD but he is also a ground hero so he might be on the ground or in space.
We need something between Empire at War, and the Total War franchise. This would be awesome
awesome! glad i found yur channel
what you should do with your fleets is make a space fleet then a ground fleet so they are not mix in with each other
You may be able to build Venators on Ordo Trosi shipyards
Hey they came out with a 2.0 for thrawns revenge.
You should play old classics like Imperium Galactica 2 or Nexus: The Jupiter Incident. Nexus even has some mods. You could try out Shallow Space as well, which is a new game, I think it's in beta still.
Concentrate all fire on that superstar destroyer
The Pentastar Alignment have one more SSD but he is also a ground hero so he might also be on the ground
idk why but i always laugh when you say oh shit
In legends there actualy was a battle of Ithor between the new republic and the yuzang vong the planet became a firebal duing the battle and became completly uninhabitable
Thrawns revenge 2.2 is coming out soon maybe just wait a bit
Nice job Capt

those mon calamari build their ships tough
Shack, I just downloaded the mod but everytime I try to select my whole fleet it ends up only selecting the fighters. Did you have this issue?
you should check out Battlefront Commander mod
What was that one Munificant class frigate doing in the Imperial fleet?
Shack you could do a challenge with the new republic where is you loose a main character (Luke,Han,Lando and Leia) you will have to restart
This man just jumped his Viscount with its ass showing to the executor
was wondering if you ever try to build the droid control ship from star wars ep1 phantom menace in space engineer?
Oh man, I've been gone most of the day and so I just saw this was uploaded.
I doubt you'll see this at this point, but I completely support the idea of doing an Awakening of the Rebellion campaign once the new version comes out. now to wait for Darth Tabby to rise and bring forth the new galactic empire
Could you make a cinematic KSP series like you did with Space Engineers?
u win some u lose some star destroyers
shack maybe do the shadow hand compaign as imperial remanent it smaller map and you get the most powerful ship in the game, be fun to watch
Bought Star Wars Empire At War during the Steam Winter Sale, but I don't know which display settings to choose. Can someone please recommend one? Thank you!
Jedi knight: Jedi academy: that would be a nice game to Lets play.
F yeah! I've been waiting for this!
Could you try playing as the mandolorians in the rise of the mandolorians mod for the next big campaign?
you should do a sins of the Prophet's let's play in multiplayer it would be awesome
this space battle is like rogue one the rebel fleet almost got destroyed by the empire while rogue one was killed by the death star on the planet
Please do Republic at war Huge campaign or Awakening of rebellion Love ur vids
Hey shack there's another Penastar alignment super star destroyer and it's a Sith Lord counts as a ground unit
may be in the meantime you could release MORE STELARRISSSS
PLEASE PLAY AS THE EMPIRE IF YOU DO PLAY AOTR NEXT. The Venators in that mod are spectacular.
The only good part is that the Viscount is still alive and all turrets in it are repaired.
Since he killed the emperor early on in a ground battle does that mean we won't see the eclipse star destroyer in space? Or does the emperor have a clone?
Robert Vujevic that was the emperor clone so you won't see it and the emperor chills on the ground a lot
"Why Swamp Speeders?"
Because Ithor is a giant swamp?
in dark blue team you can get droid control ship, so TheXPGamers you should play that map again but just take dark blue :D
Teemu The Pentastar alignment are made up of Old and Tech from the Clone wars to the current era.
... oh and SSD Hero's
Pls for the love of god, Shack. Play that Homeworld 2 Remastered. We need the story flowin'.
Can you play as an Imperial based faction on your next run through of a game like this?
Those old tanks can tank it!
why is it when you select a group to attck alot of the bigger ships turn their backs to the enemy you told them to attack? it happens to me alot
Wow.... Just Wow
You should get republic at-ats from the captured veichle factories
Many bothans were harmed in the making of this video
Do the full Clone Wars mod Campaign!
u should play as the empire of the hand their ships are so much fun
Shack there is one more super star destroyer commanded by a Sith Lord
I thought SE group survival was a 1 week break, its fine if not just curious when it will return.
Generalpluto3 it's 2 weeks
Perhaps you can play as tharwns faction or the one that starts with a few SSD's.
Novazues 1966 Pentastar has like... Three SSD hero's. in the first era
Two ssd heroes actually, just recently started campaigning as them. ~8 initial planets, 2 with tier-3 space station, star destroyers with range about half of the map. But they are EZLY steamrolled as any casualty inflicted to them cannot be replaced because of practically non-existant income. As well as their heroes do not change or respawn after changing the era, as far as i know
Autoresolve kills the hero's tho. I had to reload my save after I tryed it.
I know the EMPIRE at War is a Game so is this a mod or DLC?
Is Jerec still alive? He has a SSD (different variant) as well.
Hopefully he is, that would be epic. He creeps me out whenever I play as Pentastar.
bearby3 he chills on the ground like the emperor which sucks
I've faced 3 super star destroyers in my campaign suffering many losses in each one but I never lost ackbar he's one of my favorites
the yoden mod litterally allows you to bring in an echlipse
Ryan K It allows you to have the DEATH STAR on the ground.
is the new version of thrans revenge automatically updated
I wonder if the Kyle katarn model is the actual model from Jedi Knight 2 , it looked alot like it.
Dave Sobani It's from the original game of Empire at war.
Never noticed him in there to be honest
He was only in skirmish battles.
Dave Sobani Yes it's a reuse of his Jedi Knight model. The image they use on the selector thing is also from Jedi Knight.
Shack build a space station on ord trasi. we need to see if you can build venators there
You ever do the Total War series?
