And after 50 minutes at 170 degresss C - it's ice cold ;-) Great recipe Akis. Gotta to give it a try, though I'm an Ireland fan and I love me a Guinness pie ....
It turned out very tasty! Not as sexy as yours because my timing was off and the phyllo started to dry a little causing cracking when I closed up the top. Also, you are so right about the olive oil. I was worried I had too much on top at the end, but it cooked in and crisped up the phyllo beautifully! Thanks a bunch!
Hi Akis Do you have a recipe for Phyllo. I had a recipe passed down from my mother, but I broke her measuring cup and I can't get the measurement right. Like a good Yiayia she used a coffee mug to measure everything and eyeballed all the ingredients, relying on senses rather then measurement.
