These five glitches (and the following) are the only ones I’ve seen. I’d have to say the shield surfing glitches with the sand seal is the best. The one where you rotate around and around. Anyway, these “useful glitch videos” are incredible. Keep up the great work!
Number One can be done with no Rupees if you use the small Goddess Statue in Hateno Village instead. I have a 3.5 hour livestream on my channel which showcases how to use the same glitch to get easy Rupees, gain heat/fire/cold immunity, and a few other useful side effects.
shield clip after doing the first trial legitimately, I wasn't gonna bother with the middle trials but then i saw a part of a speedrun of botw and now here i am attempting to clip my way to victory (still haven't finished the middle trials but im having way more fun exploring out of bounds) P.S. i mean in master mode

I'll let this quote from CM30 at the BotW speedrunning server explain everything: "Generally, glitch finding is a lot like how scientific revolutions happen. First someone comes across some revolutionary new glitch via luck, then people try to figure out why it happened, built on it, find related glitches, etc. But really, there are three ways to find bugs. Luck, trying things you suspect may have odd effects (like say, having an object where an NPC spawns in a cutscene) and reverse engineering the game."
Someone found the camera glitch, someone else tried to do the glitch while pressing a to do something else and got the examine state glitch, and a random person just did the whole thing accidentally
I love the glitches in this game. They sort of remind me of Ocarina of Time in that they let you do some extremely cool and crazy stuff, but the game is otherwise very polished in a casual run and you're unlikely to find most glitches accidentally. The best of both worlds.
For the infinite hearts and stamina glitch- there’s a quicker and easier way to do it (wither apparatus part) 1. Press ZL in front of the stand ( you should be able to see the “examine” so you have to stand close to the stand 2. (have camera mode ready when you do this) Press L+L3 (analog stick click) both at the same 3. Then you’ll be in camera mode and you should see the “examine” still. If not, try those steps again 4. Take the picture with the “examine” still there 5. Then delete it and go to inventory directly after, fast 6. In inventory go to memories (you don’t have to do the “holdy” thing) 7.choose the memory to view but nothing should happen when you try to view it 8. Press “B” so you can see link still at the stand 9. Then load the save 10. Buy back the duplicated hearts
i remember when OOT came out breaking the game came about so slow and we worked with so much less. i wanna say swordless link and some of its implications was found relatively quick in the first few months, but things like Skulta coin farming and infinite bottles and bomb hovering took years. its amazing how (seemingly) quick people work nowadays. Games are so much more complex now but it seems theres just that many more things that can be broken and exploited and theres so many more people trying to find the ways to break it right away. Still, its very impressive whats pulled off and how amazing speed runners perform. They had runners going straight to ganon as soon as they got the glider and beat it without getting hit in the first month. most of us me included were still trying to get accustomed to the new difficulty and just keep link from falling over dead.
Omg I didn't expect number 1 to work but it did and I have a bunch of essence left because I needed three hearts till Max and I went all the way to three hearts so thank u
I used it on normal playthrough for my training wheels. But I refuse to use it in Master Mode so I can keep enjoying the game! It would help if I used it just for the trial of the sword, but then, I'd be tempted to not trade the vessels back to be fair lol
For the bow spin, the damage isn’t transferred to the bow, but it’s still on the weapon. You get up close and hit them with your back where the blade is
Edit: When RMFH mentions you need to buy back all the essence to save and you can't buy back anymore since you have max already, there's an alternate way. Try having the game autosave, I did this by completing a shrine. Original comment that RMFH replied to: Most of you might notice that you lose your stamina and hearts after doing the max hearts/stamina glitch after you saved and loaded. The way to fix this is to get the game to make a save for you. Personally, I just finish a shrine and it makes an autosave, but I'm not sure of the other methods to do so

The heart and stamina glitch broke my paraglider, it was as if gravity was way stronger and it pulled me straight down. If it happens to you, don't panic. Just save the game, go back to the start screen, and reload. It worked for me. It's so satisfying seeing everything maxed out in the loading screen.
@@demothesis02 That's strange. It worked for me on both of my accounts first try. All I can say is make sure you're not forgetting a step. Give the statue all of your hearts and stamina. Save the game. Buy them all back, then head to the shrine. Once you've done that glitch with the camera and try to watch a memory and stuff, reload the save in front of the statue. I noticed that loading the save, the loading screen said I only had 3 hearts, but when I spawned in, I had all of the ones I bought back before entering the shrine. I also noticed, it doesn't really matter how many times you mess up the camera step. It took me several tries to be able to control Link and the platform at the same time, but the glitch worked fine. Just make sure you save with 3 hearts, but be sure to buy them all back before entering the shrine. I hope you can get it figured out! I'm sorry it didn't work for you.
Once you've completed the glitch and save again, the loading screen will actually say 30 hearts and 3 full rings of stamina. It's a great feeling lmao.

What about bomb launches? They can be preformed almost anywhere, and send you pretty far as well. Of not that, then how about SUPER LAUNCHES? They send you even further! I feel it should at least get number 3 and above.
Did everything correctly in the last glitch, but when I loaded up my save file, I was still at 3 hearts. Plus, my glider was glitched as others have said. Edit: Apparently I'm just dumb and forgot to buy back my essences after the save. Worked as intended.
I can’t get the infinite hearts glitch to work. I can get the glitch off, but when I reload, I have the same number of hearts that I had when I saved and the cursed statue had essence
Unless this glitch was patched out, I think you can! There's a glitch involving teleporting to an incomplete divine beast while in Trial of the Sword that temporarily "resets" parts of the game, like getting korok seeds. You can get seeds from the same korok again and again just by running away from it and returning to it. There's more to it than that, though. I haven't tried it out because I completed all the Divine Beasts myself.
Yeah...that was patched out with the first patch after Trial of the Sword was added. It actually allowed for easy Guardian parts farming (999 of a part in a few minutes), and respawned all metal chests all over Hyrule, too. *sigh* Those were the days.

i'm curious on how the hell you discover the infinite hearts glitch, like, how you reach that conclusion of giving all the hearts, reloading, going to the temple, getting out of the camera, holding an apple and doing all that lmao
UberCactus these nerds check the files and read how everything works a lot more than the devs do, learning how files function they can discover glitches like this
On the last one, I've found it's easier to hold the shield, then hold the crouch button literally a millisecond BEFORE holding the Camera button always works best. May be different for others but it worked for me.
You hold the shield to help your timing, then you press ZL + L + Crouch + A at the same time. If the examine prompt appears in front of your picture, you've done it sucessfully
You have to be careful with the last one. The final step is to trade in all of your vessels back to the statue, then save the game, and then load from that save. That legitimizes the vessels so that the game will no longer see them as a glitch and delete them when you load your save up again.
I’m pretty sure that fast travelling or entering a shrine works disables the glitch as well - you can test if it is disabled by paragliding. If Link goes straight down, it is still enabled.
Pretty cool. #1 on your list just seems so convoluted every time I come across it. I guess I just don't have the patience for it. The infinite arrow glitch next to Eventide Island deserves to be on the list. Easier and faster than the one you showed (yours was nice to see though, because this is news to me).
@@jjbassing9044 I hear what you're saying. I've just found that I get into such a rhythm of it (muscle memory or whatever) that I can do it without thinking and all of a sudden have 999 arrows. Ten arrows a pop is a good deal. I'll usually watch a UA-cam video on my phone while I'm doing it, so I don't really even notice the time going by.
@@jjbassing9044 You don't need to travel anywhere. Just save and reload. That's faster than travelling away anyway. Everytime you load your save the chest is full again.
After successfully did the infinite hearts glitch, I couldn’t use my glider properly. If anyone else ran into this issue, just save after you get all the hearts/stamina you want, then load that most recent save. Your glider should work properly after that.
If you make a new save between every loop for the infinite heart glitch you can double your containers every time instead of just adding the original number over and over. If you start with 1 container unlocked it only takes 5 iterations to get to 32 containers instead of 31. 1 to 2, then 2 to 4, then 4 to 8, then 8 to 16, then 16 to 32.
I just want to confirm for people who still aren’t sure about the number one glitch, it really works! I found that it was easier to get link into camera mode by moving the left joystick forward, and then pressing x, as opposed to just pressing only x after pressing L and crouch at the same time. Getting into examination state took a few tries as I couldn’t quite time the pause menu button twice to remove the item, but after I did, the memory wouldn’t play (as he states that it won’t) and I found myself genuinely shocked that it worked. I did this glitch a solid three times before I had full hearts and stamina, and once I made sure I would, I exchanged my hearts and bought them back, promptly saving after. I reloaded my save to make sure it was legit and that my hearts wouldn’t disappear, and wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t! It was super helpful and it saved me a lot of time. Your hand placement while demonstrating makes these look way harder to preform than they really are. You're wrong about how to keep your hearts too. You only have to sell back one heart to cancel Apparatus state. Then save and reload.
Brandon Prentice Do you know how big my hands are? I’m 6’4”....... Lmao that’s how I have to hold the controller to perform these glitches. I’ll keep that in mind for the next time I record that kinda thing tho. As for the heart glitch, that’s how it was originally explained.I gave very similar directions. Now, if I would have had more time for testing I would have cleared that up but I didn’t. As long as it works right? People are still tweaking that glitch and fine tuning it anyways so it’s no big deal. Most didn’t even watch to that point so thanks for that 👍
@@RMFHGaming I'm 6'2" and have pretty big hands (9" from wrist to middle finger tip). Plus I have early onset arthritis and the beginning stages of carpel tunnel to boot. I might have an easier time because I use an adapter for my Xbox controller and those are built for adults more than children. To be fair I can use the joycons too though. As for the hearts thing. Never just go off what you watched in another video. Read comments for the extremely useful tips people provide after they've tested the glitches.
help please i my biggest struggle is when doing that glitch the only part that goes wrong is that i can’t move link and the thing in the shrine at the same time :/
To anyone having problems hitting start just after deleting the photo, I figured out I was actually doing it too fast. There's a maybe .1-.2 of a second delay after that you want to hit start.
Hey, side note to anyone trying the last one. If you have 25+ essences, you cannot buy them all back. I learned that the hard way, and now the demon just owns 23 of mine bc I traded in 30. Soooo, yay I guess? We're both happy?

this glitch is AMAZING if you have the savage lynel bow with the 5x bonus effect
even better if you duplicate the bow so you dont have to worry about it breaking

Just a little note: If you have switched the X and B buttons you have to keep that in mind for the glitches that use jump or sprint

I have actually do e this glitch, it is very useful and dont worry, once u figure out the basics and practice it, it’s relatively easy

On the last one, I've found it's easier to hold the shield, then hold the crouch button literally a millisecond BEFORE holding the Camera button always works best. May be different for others but it worked for me.

You hold the shield to help your timing, then you press ZL + L + Crouch + A at the same time. If the examine prompt appears in front of your picture, you've done it sucessfully

Not working for me. Every other part of the glitch works, but once I load my old save I don't have the extra hearts still equipped.
You have to be careful with the last one. The final step is to trade in all of your vessels back to the statue, then save the game, and then load from that save. That legitimizes the vessels so that the game will no longer see them as a glitch and delete them when you load your save up again.
Watch till the end I address that.

I’m pretty sure that fast travelling or entering a shrine works disables the glitch as well - you can test if it is disabled by paragliding. If Link goes straight down, it is still enabled.

Pretty cool. #1 on your list just seems so convoluted every time I come across it. I guess I just don't have the patience for it. The infinite arrow glitch next to Eventide Island deserves to be on the list. Easier and faster than the one you showed (yours was nice to see though, because this is news to me).
Yeah the issue with the island glitch is unless you have the travel medallion it can be time consuming compared to the fire arrows.
@@jjbassing9044 I hear what you're saying. I've just found that I get into such a rhythm of it (muscle memory or whatever) that I can do it without thinking and all of a sudden have 999 arrows. Ten arrows a pop is a good deal. I'll usually watch a UA-cam video on my phone while I'm doing it, so I don't really even notice the time going by.
@@jjbassing9044 You don't need to travel anywhere. Just save and reload. That's faster than travelling away anyway. Everytime you load your save the chest is full again.

After successfully did the infinite hearts glitch, I couldn’t use my glider properly. If anyone else ran into this issue, just save after you get all the hearts/stamina you want, then load that most recent save. Your glider should work properly after that.
I really don’t want to do the heart/stamina glitch because I feel like it’ll just ruin the fun in shrines and the game for me
If you make a new save between every loop for the infinite heart glitch you can double your containers every time instead of just adding the original number over and over. If you start with 1 container unlocked it only takes 5 iterations to get to 32 containers instead of 31. 1 to 2, then 2 to 4, then 4 to 8, then 8 to 16, then 16 to 32.
If you are still holding the item, just press X manually and it's good to go FYI. I checked another vid and succeeded in one try.
I just want to confirm for people who still aren’t sure about the number one glitch, it really works! I found that it was easier to get link into camera mode by moving the left joystick forward, and then pressing x, as opposed to just pressing only x after pressing L and crouch at the same time. Getting into examination state took a few tries as I couldn’t quite time the pause menu button twice to remove the item, but after I did, the memory wouldn’t play (as he states that it won’t) and I found myself genuinely shocked that it worked. I did this glitch a solid three times before I had full hearts and stamina, and once I made sure I would, I exchanged my hearts and bought them back, promptly saving after. I reloaded my save to make sure it was legit and that my hearts wouldn’t disappear, and wouldn’t you know it, they didn’t! It was super helpful and it saved me a lot of time. Your hand placement while demonstrating makes these look way harder to preform than they really are. You're wrong about how to keep your hearts too. You only have to sell back one heart to cancel Apparatus state. Then save and reload.
Brandon Prentice Do you know how big my hands are? I’m 6’4”....... Lmao that’s how I have to hold the controller to perform these glitches. I’ll keep that in mind for the next time I record that kinda thing tho.
As for the heart glitch, that’s how it was originally explained.I gave very similar directions. Now, if I would have had more time for testing I would have cleared that up but I didn’t. As long as it works right? People are still tweaking that glitch and fine tuning it anyways so it’s no big deal. Most didn’t even watch to that point so thanks for that 👍
@@RMFHGaming I'm 6'2" and have pretty big hands (9" from wrist to middle finger tip). Plus I have early onset arthritis and the beginning stages of carpel tunnel to boot. I might have an easier time because I use an adapter for my Xbox controller and those are built for adults more than children. To be fair I can use the joycons too though.
As for the hearts thing. Never just go off what you watched in another video. Read comments for the extremely useful tips people provide after they've tested the glitches.

To anyone having problems hitting start just after deleting the photo, I figured out I was actually doing it too fast. There's a maybe .1-.2 of a second delay after that you want to hit start.

If you have 25+ essences, you cannot buy them all back. I learned that the hard way, and now the demon just owns 23 of mine bc I traded in 30.
