Just ordered 4 cobra Mags myself I’ve always had good luck with my Wilson’s and chip McCormick Mags but I’ve been hearing a lot about theses cobramags lately so might as well try lord knows you can’t have too many mags

+Maur Ice I actually like the way this video came out. Those +P 45ACP rounds were really moving.....no best takes in our videos, it come out how it comes out, no re-shoots. I think the reviews are more honest that way. The "Kids" at the end of the video were 19 year olds that had never fired a 1911 until that range trip. Fun Times! The big 4: EB, WC, NH, LB , I refer LB most.
Those things almost shoot themselves. I shot my SRP last night in IDPA and had mulitple double-taps through the same hole in the target. Just laser beam like accurate and controllable. There was a gentleman there shooting his Vickers Wilson Combat, and I have to say, I was happier with my LBC :) Makes think about starting to carry it again.
+William Sack I like the looks of that SRP.... do you have the blued one or the stainless one? Great 1911 regardless. I looked at a couple Wilson's and Nighthawks before I went back to the Les Baer and made my purchase. I have been just thrilled with my LB. +BERETTA9mmUSA The SRP comes only in the black DuPont S coating, so indeed mine is black. I'd love to have a Wilson gun at some point in my life, but I can't imagine it shooting any better than my LBC, and god knows it'll be almost twice as expensive. The Nighthawks are very nice I'm sure but they spend lots of time and money making the guns look cool. I like how the Les Baer's attention to detail is INSIDE the gun and outside they're all business. Happy New Year to you guys as well! Take care

So close to pulling the trigger on this gun ( no pun intended ) Its this or Dan Wesson .? I know i contacted you before . any regrets with the stainless , in stead of the Blued ...? And how many rounds do you go threw before it felt broken in ? I know they say do not even brake it down until 3 / 500 rounds , what about break in ? Thanks
I think the flyer said do not take it down and clean it until 300 rounds have been fired through it. It is my favorite all time 1911 pistol! You should get one! - Beretta Sr.
Sorry, current count is 400, with lots of hollow points and 45ACP +P. I have had 0 Malfunctions. Just a Gorgeous Les Baer 1911. I have head of several problems with the Dan Wesson 1911 pistols in 10mm, but nothing bad with the 45ACP 1911 pistols. The information on 10mm problems comes from a very reliable friend on UA-cam.
Now you know everything I know about these upper end 1911 manufacturers. I had some issues with my Dan Wesson 715 revolver last year, and the Customer Service was slow to fix the issue and accused Me of shooting "Hot Hand loads" which caused the issues. I only buy good ammo and I do not re-load. You can watch my 3 Dan Wesson videos if you are interested in the whole story. They should be listed under the Dan Wesson 715 Revolver on our channel. Forgive me, but you don't need +P ammo in a .45. It works just fine with regular ammo.
