Haha! Absolutely! I have a friend that collects vintage glass and makes adapters for his Sony. He was a strong advocate for the xpro3 for exactly that reason - so better to stay away haha
That's why I only shoot GFX as a system. I can't afford any native glass beyond the kit 35-70 lens and adapt a wide 20mm prime and a portrait 135mm. Makes it much easier.
i just bought one the other day brand new and have not opened it. was thinking i would re sell it for alot more then i paid but now after a few videos i think i will keep it for sure. i'm a Sony shooter but i wanted an everyday fun camera to keep in my pocket. nice video .
These cameras are awesome, but no way would I pay close to double MSRP for a used camera at the very end of its production cycle. Rumor has it the new model will be announced early 2024, and unless Fuji misses the mark horribly (which they wont), the prices of the V will drop immediately and significantly the moment that announcement happens.
I got very lucky in regards to price - but there some wild prices out there for sure. Even retailers marking them up in store. Absolutely loving mine and have no intention to sell or upgrade.
Got mine in 2021.. use it a lot coz its fun esp i am just an amateur… just ordered moment cinebloom diffusion filter (10%) .. hope i would keep this in a very long time… greetings from Malaysia 🇲🇾
Sony RX1RII 42MP Beast of a fullframe point and shoot. It's old, but still a fantastic camera. The drawback is that resellers have marked up the price ridiculously.
Nice vid man. I live in Sydney and bought mine a few months after it was released and still love it today. Sold a GRiii cause I was always reaching for the x100v
Appreciate it! I’ve never tried the GRiii but hear good things about them also. So happy with the X100V so far - got a few portrait shoots planned next!
I absolutely love my little XE4 and 27mm pancake lens. I am SO glad I picked it up before the price shot up!
Looked at the XE4 too - great camera!
Such a valid point about the xpro3. You're gonna want lenses for sure. Then adapters. Then vintage glass. It never ends.

Hi mate, very enjoyable video. Looking forward to getting my VI.
Thanks for checking it out!
5:36 possible to drop the links on where i can purchase these accessories? The hood & leather case looking good!
I bought them with camera on FB Marketplace. But the hood is FujiFilm and the case is Gariz
@@JulianLallo awesome! Thanks man. Cheers!
So are you going to upgrade to x100vi?
Would love too - but not at the moment
Ricoh GR iii
Would love to try one

Definitely worth keeping in my opinion. I love it

So much fun! Thanks for watching ✌🏼
Did you find one at MSRP? I've been looking, but everyone is selling it way above than the MSRP.
I bought second hand on marketplace. Paid retail for a camera with 3300 shutter count - got lucky relative to what’s on the market
Such a good looking camera! Great vid!
It is right?! It’s looks are half the appeal!
I see you shoot a Canon AF35ML as one of your film cameras. Love that camera.
Yes! Such a great point and shoot!
Dang it, thanks for making me want to spend more money unnecessarily
It's always necessary when it comes to new toys haha
You can’t buy these anywhere
Second hand seems to be the only way.
Oddly here, the game-changing leaf shutter allowing unique high speed flash sync, and built in flash are kept secret.
Would love to see a video focused on portraits with the x100v!
Filmed it last week! Hopefully out Tuesday 👍🏼

Don’t know much about it to be honest. Will watch some vids 😉
Yet it can regularly be found significantly cheaper than the X100V.
@@HikeSoloOutdoorsinteresting, I'm looking on eBay and the rx1rii are going for the same price and some as high as 3k. Interesting indeed
Love it Jules. Nice work
Thanks mate! FujiFilm gang ✌🏼
Nice work man
Thanks Mike! Try it out next time we shoot!

Hypester Hipster 😂😂
HIPSTER...have fun selling it next year.
Appreciate the feedback
Buying a popular camera? Wow, yeah he needs an insult /s
It’s ok. It all helps the engagement 😂😂 appreciate the real ones though - thank you @@ChannelParodies
Successor (priced way higher than previous generations) will probably be this year lmao
