THRIFTING BOOKS & LEWKS: $80 GOODWILL HAUL | SIZE 12 TRY-ON, MIDSIZE PEAR-SHAPED BODY TYPE

- Visiting my favorite Goodwill location, thrifting books and lewks, and trying everything on. I'm a midsize pear-shaped body type, size 12 in pants, 7/8 dress, and Medium in tops. (Please note: if you creep, you get blocked.) This $80 haul consists of:
- cheap fast-fashion brands (Old Navy, No Boundaries, Forever 21)
- vintage 90s (Tommy Hilfiger, Chico's Designs)
- business casual workwear (Ann Taylor, New York & Company)
- some "yeehaw" (Carhartt, Lost Creek)
- one designer piece (Trina Turk)
After subtracting my returns I spent $55 on 10 items - $5.50 apiece! Thrifting is SO affordable and good for the environment, and the Trina Turk swimsuit coverup alone was worth more than the cost of the entire haul. At the end, I show you how I style an art hoe lewk. 😘

The TH shorts could definitely work with a belt or taking in the waist a bit. There are online tutorials around, but idk how easy or hard they are

not at all! I think my ratio would've been even lower if they ever open back up the damn dressing rooms 🤣 haha everyone said it looks massive but I didn't even notice 😳
I know it sounds crazy but on that green tank, just pull hard and pop a couple stitches. Idk why it works but it works lol -xoxo, someone who has big shoulders 😂
PS: if you want somewhere to start on tailoring look into whip stitches, darts, and hemming. Top 3 skills imo
