Just started learning CAD after I got a 3d printer and came across your videos. These are excellent, and I appreciate the fact that even though you could do this example super fast, going slow saying that you may not have gotten the average time, but practicing will get you there is a subtle reassurance that somebody new like me doesn't need to feel bad for being slow. Thank you and keep up the videos.
Just earned a subscriber thanks for this. Could you maybe make a OnShape playlist. Could you do a "pin belt buckle" one day in OnShape, I know they make parts that have movable parts (no idea how it's done)
Yes - onshape playlist coming soon. Also - for a full "end to end" tutorial in Onshape (with moving parts) check this out: ua-cam.com/video/GYkZmE_6MpY/v-deo.htmlsi=ERhYuTYjGjedYrem Good luck on your CAD journey!
Good morning, I work with ONSHAPE and I have problems with the materials library. I cannot get the masses with the one that appears in ONSHAPE by default. What materials library should I download?
hi Eduardo! Check out this video: ua-cam.com/video/bPBjYcfvOjc/v-deo.htmlsi=PM_FbvflsP65wnn4 The user name who owns the MATERIALS LIBRARY (in the Onshape public space) is "Todd" (that's my other account for Onshape videos)
Why is a phone number required to make an account on your website? I find it really irritating that I have to give out personal information to you which is not really necessary.
Currently we're doing it so we get No bots / less likely to get attacked. We're looking into some other solutions that won't require phone number (in the future) so if you want to wait, that's totally cool - but I don't have a timeline yet for the implementation. Probably not until 2025 updates.
These challenges are fun to complete but I think I have chose the one that is more difficult thinking that it was only second level ua-cam.com/video/iBXXC6I9t_U/v-deo.htmlsi=JcZSWiL2RJPSj4G0
yeah that one is TOUGH!! Nice job though! and now we have a new TRY AGAIN feature to let users try to get faster! ua-cam.com/video/lfDxC8zOOBc/v-deo.html

Question Toby: are the challenges one time only or is there an option to retry them?
Hi Garramiro! Great question! We actually just added this functionality today!! Take a look and LMK what you think! :-)

@@TooTallToby Thanks a lot Coach
Thnak u so much but how do i get the correct density if its in a different unit because 1020 kg to gram is 1020000g
Use an online convertor. That's the easiest way 😁
@@TooTallToby thats what i did and it gave me that result
