Have you ever experienced what I call compound rebuild? It's like DOMS, but 2 weeks after not training a certain area. I used to regulate intensity and then take 2 weeks off a year, now I regulate intensity but now take a deload every 6-8 weeks only doing maintenance weight&volume

I run a 4 day split of HIT! I have only been once this week😅since I’m out of town this made me feel better thanks dude
