You don't use the O-Rings, just the rubber grommets from the old Windscreen.

I find the left and right adjustment knobs lock even when hand tightened. Next time I want to adjust, it doesn’t unlock. It needs a 10mm spanner on the end bolts. I have tried different ways. I dont get this adjustment mechanism. It’s a royal pain up my arse.

Reassuringly expensive...
