During the Covid-19 Pandemic a lot of goalkeeper are going to forced not to go to goalkeeper training. It is important that we maintain our training ourselves so here is a few examples of drills that we can do alone during our daily exercise!

Sam Davies GK Tell me about it🤣 It’s 3 years old and the hooks started falling out during the session. Bought new hooks and is as good as new now!
