    Dante is one of the best spoken high profile jiu jitsu fighters and clearly he puts a ton of thought into his training and competing. I would love to watch his workout program as a series, no one else is doing this!

      @@DaisyFreshUSA do the guys use a coach or a program for their workouts? I feel like they could greatly benefit from a modified powerlifting routine.

    I think dante has the best structure and training programs strength wise for jiu jitsu in the game. Good shit bro

    Dante has introduced me to countless different lifts and programs to enhance my strength and performance in the sport of jiujitsu. Lower back pain was something I struggled with regularly till Dante helped me build the muscles around my lower back area. I always suggest anyone and everyone try to take a bit of his style and add it to their own routines.

      @@aplus1080 I always do full body work outs. Split never worked for me.
