Fabulous! The Anthony Burger on the piano was such a phenomenally talented too; he left us too soon to glory of heaven.
The Gaithers used to do the best concerts. Lasted 3+ hours and get to see all these great singers

The song was written by Mosie Lister in 1955 and was originally released by The Statesman Quartet in 1955, then by The Blackwood Bros. In 195. Elvis didn’t release it until 1967. Admittedly, Elvis’ version is the only one I ever heard before hearing GVB sing.
I do! I heard Elvis sing it long before knowing GVB does it too.

Signature sound is great. You should check out their song Happy Rythm. I love their bass singer. Ernie Hasse was a long time member of the Cathedral quartet and married the Daughter of George Younce, the Legendary bass singer. My favorite Cathdrals song will always be Champion of Love.
If you get a chance, listen/watch more of Ernie Haase (pronounced "hawse") and the Signature Sound. They are phenomenal also.
This song is on an album that GVB and Signature sound did together and few years back called "Together", it's a GREAT album. Of course, Bill Gaither also has the DVD, which is what I have. Also, my favorite Russ Taff album is "The Way Home". If you haven't listen to it, I HIGHLY recommend it!!

The gaither vocal band is the best you know who also is the best? Shane & Shane! I actually went to go see them yesterday. I strongly recommend you react to them. They actually have a song called you've already won, and an album that they just released as well.
