That's because it's a real voice instead of these fake ass people who fry their voice on purpose to sound cool and it's just f****** annoying

By far the most refreshingly honest, deep but fun podcast I’d heard. I’ve got so much appreciation and respect for good hearted actors. What y’all go through just to do something you love is.. just so unnecessary. Thank you for sharing who you are and what you love with the world. Especially since you have gone through so much 💩

Two of the deepest, kindest souls that came from my shows I used to be crazy about! Sophia has always been somewhat of an inspiration to me , from Brooke Davis to her movies to her huge heart and activism. What an incredible heart she has. This is amazing - thank you for this!

What a honest and genuine conversation. Penn and Sophia seem like such nice, personable people. I think the part that gets lost on social media is that people are just people at the end of the day, celebrities included and it shouldn’t be a norm that people are poked, criticized and watched. I hope they have continued success in the future, they seem like caring people. My first episode but everyone was great and the conversation flowed really well.
I watched the whole thing and just realized they knew each other from John Tucker Must Die, I love that movie and couldn’t figure out how they knew each other, they changed a lot and yet not that much.

So sweet to hear about bts of John tucker, one of my favorite movies for a feel good movie. It’s also heart warming as a member of the family that babysat me my whole childhood who’s now passed years ago has a small 5 second moment as the detention teacher so it’s always lovely to see him in his small roles over entertainment

What a beautiful and well thought out woman. Man. Sure, I grew up catching OTH here and there but now to hear these wonderful developed individuals is really something. I’m really glad I’ve found this podcast. I think you guys have really managed to find a way to connect to our inner (kinda struggling) teens. Much ❤ and respect to everyone that makes this happen.

One of my favourite interviews, you are all so respectful of each other and it's clear how close you are at Podcrushed.
Every time I listen to Sophia's interviews, I have a little more hope in humanity. I would love to see a rom-com with Penn and Sophia, WITH NO SIMULATION.

Here for Penn & Sophia's John Tucker Must Die reunion! It continuously remains to be one of my all time fav comfort movies for their roles. Also relate to Sophia's 'dying on the inside' and constant panic vibes. 'In the wallpaper' aka wallflower vibes - yes! sometimes i feel like what's the point of being invited to a party or function if I'm going to be ignored, I'd rather be painting or writing alone than there. Also OTH & GG literally got me through life in my 20s.

    1) great Ep❤
    2) let's start that petition for Penn's choreo
    3) it's just insane how some people think they own a famous person or know "everything" about them and therefore entitled to give an opinion ( mostly hurtful) about their lives. They are just human beings at the end of the day
    4) why are people even condemning Penn for saying he wanted less intimacy at work? I mean, everything is sexualized nowadays, sometimes it isn't even necessary, let the man live whatever his reasons are for saying enough is enough. If a person doesn't feel comfortable doing something after doing it for a long time , it's ok to say no more!
    5) love the pod❤

It is the first time that I hear this podcast (I'm not usually in to them) and I have to say that I really like! I've been OTH and Gossip girl fan back in the day and I love Sophias character in it. I love that here every body talk so calm and it's a really nice conversation about a lot of things. I had 2 relationships in my life and both of them was friends before, I think the way starts is different and goes into a different direction in my opinion. I'm so sorry what happened to Sophia in the bar, there are such as as**** out there and nobody deserves that. Greetings from Spain ❤️

Love the "Dark Night of the Soul" reference right off the top, so much mystical wisdom to be found in the words of St. John of the Cross. Also: the founder of the Methodist tradition, to which I belong and serve, John Wesley, picked "how is it with your soul" as the question to begin all real conversations with, and taught that to all the preachers he trained. So, all that is to say, well done :).

The disconnection between actors and humanity is perpetuated by the studios, it's selling the unattainable, the "American Dream." I don't mean this as an excuse for humanity or for the unacceptable behavior Sophia experienced, I offer it more as one of the reasons for this convolution within the minds of the general public.

I mean I would argue that celebrities understand this far more than anyone else does. none of us could ever grasp the absolutely ridiculous amount of attention and hate that actors who have the level of fame or recognition that Sophia Bush and Penn have. Even as someone who’s experienced cyberbullying it’s not comparable and I’m not minimizing anyone’s situation of receiving hate online it’s horrible, whether from 10, 20, or hundreds of thousands of people it’s completely unacceptable no matter what someone who is spreading this kind of hate or bullying another is going through, depression isn’t an excuse to be a bad person neither is trauma. not all abused people become abusers, so those who do can’t blame their actions on their own abuse or use it as a justification.
