@@TheIcemanthomas, definitely disagree but I'll be a little less strict with my stance. Curry's 2016 MVP season is defensively nowhere near the top 5-ish greatest MVP seasons of all time. When you're mediocre to bad defensively it fails to compare to some of the best like '88 Jordan. This guy is always trying to ride Curry hard and for no reason.
Worst Finals MVP and MVP would have to go to Wes Unseld. I get his impact as a leader, but his stats suck horribly and most of the time the Bullets were never a 50+ win team, so his "impact" is questionable.
Should've definitely mentioned Hakeem 90s seasons for the defensive categories. Well then again, you think Curry is better than him, so he probably don't want to give him any spotlight.
Also what's with your weird '96 Jordan obsession? That's not peak Jordan. Jordan would even tell you that and many spectators at the time tell people that. From '87 - '93 is peak Jordan.
He has never been mediocre or bad defensively. He’s serviceable as a help defender. U don’t have to be all def to be a good defender.
@@TheIcemanthomas, definitely disagree but I'll be a little less strict with my stance. Curry's 2016 MVP season is defensively nowhere near the top 5-ish greatest MVP seasons of all time. And even scoring wise depending on which MVP season we talk about. Shooting wise, yes Curry was the best. But when that's the only aspect you truly are better than the greatest MVP seasons, then that isn't the best MVP season of all time.
LeBron 2013 is better. Should’ve been the first unanimous mvp. But there are more better MVPs like Jordan
@@ajye8935, 2013 Lebron is not the best MVP season. It's right outside the top 10 if I'm being honest. 2000 Shaq is essentially the better 2013 Lebron season. Better scoring, defense, rebounds, and efficiency. Assists were comparable, and both were more slashers and dunkers rather than shooters so both don't have the craziest shooting percentages but great true shooting which factors in all dunks and finishes at the rim. Shaq was almost the first unanimous MVP too where only 1 dillusional voter had Allen Iverson as the MVP. And I will note, I don't even have 2000 Shaq as the best MVP season as I have 7 MVP seasons above it.
@@splitsecond8356 like I said there are more better mvp seasons.
I'm sorry but Steph curry mop season is not even top 5 just cuz he got all the votes doesn't mean anything u need to look at shaq, wilt, lebron and Jordans years
Mop season? Also why did you like your own comment?
Wilt with an entire season of 50 points
bro the leader is mostly about higher avg and you choose a random year
I disagree with Jordan having the best season, Bill Walton, Hakeem Olajuwon, or Steph Curry have all had better seasons.
Steph Curry didn’t win a title in his best season
Bill Walton didn’t play much
Hakeem carried his rockets team but was all around worse than MJ
@@quackmemes5410 Hakeem was better, MVP, DPOY, All-Star, All-Star MVP, All-NBA First Team, All-Defensive First Team, Championship, Finals MVP, the only perfect season.
@@quackmemes5410 i personally don't blame steph for not winning g the title
@@chefcurryj8469 Steph was pretty bad in the finals series. And 72-10 bulls were the best team in nba history led by MJ while Hakeem didn’t lead any team close to that
@@quackmemes5410 non record wise the 2018 warriors were the best team oat. The bulls were the greatest tho
I hope Andrea makes the HOF....I have enjoyed watching him over the years. Dude is a big reason for the Warriors success.
no
Yeah no way
Ahhh....you guys are probably right....but he still has had a great career and he was a very big contributor for the dubs over the years.
@@Shawn-ho6de Don’t back down to those punks. Iguodala HAS been a big part of the Warriors success over the years. 👍
No way is he hall of fame worthy
Fun fact! Lots of these awards for the best player who won them were Michael Jordan and you expect it because he’s the 🐐
true Michael Jordan Goat!!!!!!!!!
With scoring leader you shoudve done PPG vs League Avg Pace scoring less with less opportunities is expected
Ranking a defensive season purely on steals and blocks is ridiculous. Putting Cowens as the worst mvp instead of Wes Unseld is also ridiculous in my opinion. Great video nonetheless
Nah he had more ridiculous takes so I wouldn’t call it a great video by any chance
Dawg you trippin when you’re saying MANUTE BOL is the WORST blocks leader, and you say he’s limited offensively? My man hit 6 3s in a era that only put up like half of that,
I rest my case
The guy that gave up 100 to Wilt made all-star a few years later. In the 60's the rule was that every team had to have an all-star so there were some very bad all-stars from expansion teams. No need to embarrass them by naming them here.
what about Zaza, he was an all-star
as a mavs fan, dirk's final all star appearance is probably the worst of all time
Best rookie seasons maybe?: magic or Wes Unseld
You must not have seen Cowens play. He transformed the Celtics.
