@@GFSwinger1693 I personally think that the RRHOF needs to change their name to the Music Museum or Music Hall because RAP is not Rock and Roll. Neither is Gospel. Several bands never even had a single hit. There are so many Punk bands like the SexPistols, etc that I wonder how they even got in. They need to make a RRHOF that is specifically for Rock and Roll. Then Rock fans will see the likes of Grand Funk Railroad, BTO, Foreigner, etc will get in and fans can really appreciate those groups that really belong.

@@dontrushme2112 I was born in '61. Grew up in Livonia. CKLW for sure. 800 on the AM dial. Also, Keener 13. Then, as far as I remember I started to listen to WDRQ on the FM dial. Bob Seger, Simon & Garfunkel, and the Guess Who, Gordon Lightfoot... The Osmonds!

Vicki Vonck 63 was a great birth year!! I also vividly remember as a kid listening to an AM transister radio in bed at night when you could receive stations from both sides of the border and far far away. It was truly magical back then being young and dreaming of the big unknown world that the DJ’s helped paint for our imaginations every night. A great example of how less was so much more. I still have that little radio and yes it works.

Very first concert was BTO headlining with Golden Earring way back in 74 or 75 at GSO. Great show and saw them again the next year. Nothing flashy just hard rock 'n roll the way it used to be played.

Sometimes old friends fall out. Sometimes they get back together and things are better in their maturity. I loved the Guess Who and BTO. My first concert in Adelaide's Apollo stadium in 1972 was to see The Guess Who. They weren't the headline act (Three Dog Night were) but they were who I went for.

I love Randy Bachman and when I heard the story of Mr Cummings bailing on him when he got sick before a big tour for the Guess Who... this song was written from the hurt of that. :-) He was putting his foot in Burton's backside, I think it's admirable that not only did they patch things up but Burton is man enough to be onstage with Randy singing this song, Hey You, knowing what's behind it.
Good for BOTH of them. Real MEN. :-) :-)

@El Guapo Crap. I thought so. LOVE Burton's work, but he doesn't seem like a good friend. He seems like the kind of guy who does what is best for him even if it screws over others, and genuinely wonders why ppl are mad. He bought the rights to the Guess Who's song catalog and hid this from Randy until it was done.
