  • I built this to use camping. I'm tired of buying propane. I did manage to use one of my empty propane bottles to make the burner,so I'm getting my money's worth! Thanks so much for watching, and I will see you in the next one! Like and subscribe, if you haven't already!

This is by far the best burner I have seen on the entire internet! Well done you Sir. What a shame about those drill bits though 😁 I remember when I made a portable camping stove, I will search for it and upload it, am sure you will be amused. Your system could be drip fed or pumped too for prolonged use, though I wouldn't recommend the bouncy blower because those sparks are not oil, they are the actual metal the chamber is made of! Wow but you have perfected this. Something the original Oil Burner man from Australia never seemed to achieve. I wonder what happened to him? Great video.

thanks Karl , I am lazy and also gave my welding machine to my son so am going to go Goodwill and buy a stainless steel pot and make a burner like yours. I am glad that you are wearing your safety sandals , we do not want to see an accident or smell singed feet.

Hey now thats bad ass.......so are u going to have it be drip fed? Or do u just fill it like a quarter of the way? And how long does it last?

Drip feed, I have a few more finishing touches, and then I'll do a quick follow-up video. I'll probably make some breakfast or something along those lines. Thanks for watching!

So will a larger blower with the variable speed controller act as a way of increasing or decreasing the "cooking" power of the burner? Like a stove gas valve.

Yes,I ran it for a few hours after filming and was able to run it on the bounce house blower wide open. The router speed controller doesn't slow it down enough to make any noticeable adjustments. I'm sure when I use the 12 volt blower, the speed adjustment will make a much bigger difference.

Karl. Where does that fan come from.?Speed controller too?

I ordered the blower on Amazon. It's a Dayton 1TDN7A, and the speed controller is from Harbor Freight.

@karlsoffroad8609 cool videos man. Than you. Special thanks for your horizontal unit. Feel free to try and improve on the air holes for that unit on future vid. Saves me from all that pesky drilling. Lol
