    Property, Im not a runner, I just do hill interval sprinting once a week, because I don't want to lose too much weight and muscle. But, I was searching for a video like this to follow along before my sprinting workout. So thank you man!

      That's awesome man, happy to help!! I have heaps more training routines on the way as well which I will be uploading in the near future. That's so cool to hear, I started running the exact same way just doing hill sprints once a week and all the rest of my training was weights based. But now I've caught the runners bug big time 🤣 still do hill sprints though! All the best mate. Cheers

      It comforts me to know that you were training like this too, it means that I'm on the right path. 🤣What a laugh, and I feel you, after all it's beautiful to run, if you do it with good technique and awareness you can enjoy the benefits. In fact, I already feel like sprinting more than once a week, so there's a risk that bug will be able to attack me soon. Man, you are very generous, I always appreciate your content, so I can't wait for you to publish it! All the best to you!

      Hahaha yeah man it sure is! But there's no need to rush into it, and the fact you're building strength and speed first is great, you will have a good power base to start with if you ever fully end up catching up the bug 🤣
