Property, Im not a runner, I just do hill interval sprinting once a week, because I don't want to lose too much weight and muscle. But, I was searching for a video like this to follow along before my sprinting workout. So thank you man!

That's so cool to hear, I started running the exact same way just doing hill sprints once a week and all the rest of my training was weights based. In fact, I already feel like sprinting more than once a week, so there's a risk that bug will be able to attack me soon.
