- Armed officers storm a cell to transport an uncooperative prisoner from one cell to another. Elsewhere an intoxicated suspect is brought into jail and is looking forward to eating the special prison food. Meanwhile, jail officers find dangerous contraband in the communal cells and put a suspect under lockdown.
Jail is an American documentary reality television series that follows suspects in custody from booking through to incarceration. The show documents events in different jails across the U.S. Jail is the sister show to Cops, a show that follows police officers on patrol.

Ronald is hilarious! He doesn't need to be in jail he needs some help. The man knows that jail though, he sounds like me on vacation at a hotel choosing my dinner reservations, room, upgrades and amenities. Surprised he didn't request turn down service.

I've heard people condemn the use of several officers to restrain a single suspect. They really have NO clue what it takes to restrain an individual that's fighting to avoid that. Once more, just baseless anti-police rhetoric.
Maybe they shouldn't have women on the SERT team trying to wrestle men.
@@paxincaelo - I concur. Plenty of jobs for women, but these physical ones aren't for 99% of the females out there. Just being truthful. I've seen a skinny, elderly man with a temper manhandle two female police officers before. I love women, I just don't think they should be on patrol.

Lots of times, people just don't know... doesn't make them anti-police.... don't assume.
I spent a long time going in and out of jail and prison. That being said, county officers and prison CO'S are some of the most respectful and understanding people I've ever met.

the reality is he wont, he refuses to change, he is also middle age and the longer a person stays like that, the harder it is to change, it can happen, but its super rare with older folks who have been decades long addicts of anything addictive.

Man, that special response team needs more training. Took way to long and multiple mistakes to get that inmate under control. The damn Sherriff had to tell them to get the legs multiple times even though that was the plan to begin with. Don’t they practice?

When the officer told that guy he was going to get him a towel and soap then walks out and says he is going to let him calm down it's not going to happen. The guy is going to get amped up waiting for his towel and soap. The officer should have told him I'll get your towel and soap in a little bit when you calm down. Now the guy is amping back up waiting.

Whats sad is so many of these inmates should be in Psychiatric facilities. Like if some of them were correctly diagnosed & medicated, some of them might be completely different people. Its baffling that Michael/Trans inmate would be out committing crimes with all her other issues going on, but thats where counseling is so badly needed.

Around 7:00 when he says he broke his “growth plate” he looks way too old to still have open growth plate. Distal radius growth plate would be closed by 18ish at the latest
The Randall County Jail episodes are great examples of how it is to work in a detention center. There is seldom only one thing going on. Great job guys!

Yeah you can hear all the nonsense going on in there lol. I can see why someone would lose their cool quickly in there especially at bed time or some situation that’s why they keep it colder side in there because heat aggravates people and tiredness.

Audrey is the result of parents not giving responsibilities and consequences. Hee entitled attitude is so deeply rooted after years of her parents giving her what she wants, when she wants it. She lashes out and becomes a bully when things don't go her way because that behavior has worked on her parents. Now that she's in the real world, she expects it to be the same. She's going to have a rough life until she comes into reality...IF she ever does.
Maybe that's the case, but she seems to have bipolar disorder.

Not everything that people do is a result of a mental disorder. What happened to people taking accountability for their behavior? I turned myself in on an outstanding warrant my p.o. put out cuz I left the county for work. The d.o.c. folks treated me like a human being because I behaved like one.....
I know exactly when I have effed up.....as an adult I never ran, fought or impeded a leos duty....in return I've been met with equal respect ....

I hate how addicts are treated so poorly. Jail isn't the answer at all. It definitely didn't help me get better. It doesn't help most addicts. We need facilities that take an addicts instead of jail.

Just doesn't make sense when you hear "Innocent until proven guilty." When you have to be convicted by a judge before being deemed guilty yet you are still forced to strip naked and thoroughly searched before you can wait to sit in jail till you go to court. 🤔

It's so sad that there are are so many mentally ill, lost humans in this Country and World. They don't care about anything including themselves. I often wonder what happened to them that created this attitude. This Country really needs some kind of National Mental Health care and Institutions. Who knows, maybe it could be set up like, when they get better or healthy, they could then work within the Institution to repay the cost of their care.
