Sir, jaisa aapne isme btaya ki coefficient jo evaluate krte hain wo total quantity of item of earlier project divided by total built up area.. for example for concrete coefficient of concrete is calculated dividing total quantity of concrete in earlier project by total built up area( basement area + super built-up area).. chunki FAR mein bahot saare area include nhi hote like basement,stilt floor etc jo banane hote hain .. to coefficient of concrete ko FAR se multiply krne se jo concrete ka quantity milega..usme to sir area other than FAR ka concrete quantity nhi aya na..
In lucknow saleable area is more than f.a.r area
