In this video you have taken 5.28kg/sqft for super built up and for total built up it comes out to be 3.91 kg/sqft?

Can u made video for petty contractor rates like per cum labour rate for concrete in different element, rate for tile fixing, kota stone in floor, staircase, moulding, shuttering, steel binding, lift charges with or without crane, etc. All areas of residential project to be covered and rates as per project rates.

I guess You have mentioned Super Structure Area as Super Built UP Area.
Total Builtup Area =Basement Area(Below Plinth)+ Super Structure Area (Above Plinth)
Builtup, SuperBuiltup and Carpet Area is AS Follows
Carpet Area: Area were you can Spread Flooring inside the Flat
Builtup Area= CarpetArea+Wall Thickness (20-30% Area of Carpet Area)
SuperBuiltup Area= Builtup Area+ Common Amenities Proportionate Share (I.e Common Area Share: Corridor, Lift Lobby Etc)
Steel Coefficient Will Again Depends on Number of Floor

You have cleverly avoided sqft and sqmt or cft and cumt part as far as shuttering and RCC goes and created confusion. You have mentioned coefficients for RCC in sft and Shuttering in sft then from where sqmt and cum came?
It's all costing over FAR - Built Up Area concept, that is in Sqft
