  • In November of 1985, the Mets acquired left-hander, Bob Ojeda, from the Boston Red Sox in a 7-player trade. His career high in wins was 12, and he only had one season with an ERA below 4.00. In his first year with the Mets, he not only had an ERA of 2.57, but he also had 18 wins, and led the league with a .783 winning percentage.
In Game 2, Ojeda will face Nolan Ryan, whose last NLCS appearance was Game 5 of the 1980 NLCS. Ryan’s error in the 8th inning helped let in 3 runs as the Phillies tied the game and eventually won the game and the series.
Here is the unedited version of this game.
